Nestled just one short block away from the pristine shores of St. Augustine Beach (non-driving section, and the best of all of St. Augustine beach), this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house presents an ideal coastal vacation.

The house has an 8 foot high fenced-in yard, providing privacy and a safe haven for relaxation or outdoor activities. Step inside, and you'll discover a well-designed and inviting interior. The house boasts two spacious bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat for restful nights and peaceful mornings.

The two full inside bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own private space to get ready. Whether you prefer a quick shower or a luxurious soak in the tub, these bathrooms have you covered. There is also an outdoor shower equipped with hot and cold water.

Outside, a huge backyard with paved patio beckons you to bask in the sun's warm embrace or indulge in al fresco dining. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, including two new umbrellas, new Italian-made dining table and chairs, a fire pit (wood not provided but available nearby) and a Weber barbecue grill, it provides the perfect spot to relish the company of loved ones while taking in the mesmerizing sounds of the beach. There is a new outdoor shower that is great for after the beach or also functions as an additional bathroom (it's huge).

There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops that are within walking distance. The house is also situated just a few miles from Historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, so you'll have the best of both worlds at your fingertips. Immerse yourself in the rich history and cultural heritage of the area, exploring the cobblestone streets, visiting historic landmarks, and indulging in the vibrant local dining scene. Afterward, return to your beachside oasis, away from the hustle and bustle, to unwind and recharge. The St. Augustine Ampitheater is also just a couple miles down the road and has world-class acts throughout the year and an amazing farmers market every Saturday.

We have stayed here twice now and have our third stay booked. We have been coming to the same area for decades. This house is by far the cleanest. Quietest. And the best host. She has always been responsive right away and the location is perfect. Can’t wait to be back! We love it here !!!

Celebrating wifes birthday this home is perfectly decorated, spotless, and charming. The home has literally everything you could need for a beach weekend you wont need to bring any supplies. 5 minute walk to the beach.

This was the most well kept vacation rental house that my wife and I and our little dog have ever stayed in. Usually we've rented homes that were fine but a little run down and needing some TLC. Not this home. Everything was clean, new feeling and neat. We had no issues at all. It is not a huge home but more roomy than it appears from the street. It is very functional and well laid out. The bathrooms are larger than expected. This house is not for large groups. The location is perfect. Just a short, one block walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and businesses close by. We will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Blue sky beach bungalow was a perfect choice! Location is walking distance across the street to the beach and the garage is supplied with anything you could need for a fun beach day. It’s a cute, coastal, bungalow furnished with all necessities plus a beautiful fenced in backyard. Saint Augustine is such a beautiful, walkable, historic city, and we will definitely be visiting again.

Upon entering this home, I immediately felt a sense of peace and tranquility. The property is well decorated, very clean and posseses everything you could possibly need. The backyard is private and relaxing. It is walking distance to the beach and comes equipped w/beach chairs, towels and even a wagon. You can also walk to shops and restaurants. Julie is an excellent host - very hands-on and communicative - without being invasive. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

This charming cottage has it all: comfy furniture, cute beach decor, and convenient location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee. Plus, Julie, the host, is a great communicator. We hope to stay again in the future!

The home is so cute, clean, and up to date. Everything you could need is there. We walked to breakfast every morning and walked the beach everyday. It rained the two nights we were there so we couldn’t use the backyard to its fullest extent. It had large outdoor furniture and a fire pit. I wish we could have enjoyed it. My 25 year old daughter with her dog stayed with my husband and I. We enjoyed the Festival of Lights and some downtime. We’d rent here again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying with Julie for a second time. We love visiting her VRBO because we are so comfortable in the home. Julie has thought of everything you could need for your stay. The house is very well appointed and clean. We are very fussy about comfort because we both travel for a living. The house is just a few minute walk from the lovely clean beach. We look forward to returning for another visit.

Location is perfect! Short walk to the beach that you can see the access from the driveway. Backyard was good for our smaller dog. Plenty of space inside for staying the week and having use of beach stuff in the garage was a plus. Would stay again!

I gifted this trip to my son, his wife and 1 year old grandson for their first family vacation. Julie was such a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy even an early check in. The house was cute, cozy and comfortable with everything they needed including beach day gear! You can see the beach from the driveway and it is a very short easy walk away. All the attractions were close enough convenient yet far enough way that it stayed peaceful and quiet They loved to hang out in the backyard, grill dinner and take in the salty night air. They had the most wonderful time and we will definitely be booking again. We love St. Augustine and if your planning to visit this is a perfect location to enjoy all that this beautiful town has to offer. Thank you so much Julie!

Stayed with my brother and sister. This bungalow is good for a group of 3 - 4. Nice and clean, kitchen has everything you need, and the backyard was great for grilling and hanging out. The location is very close the the beach and numerous cafes/restaurants and bars. The owner helped us with some suggestions and has thought of most anything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended.

Close to the beach. A cute cottage. Full kitchen. Easy to get to the site. We did the trolley tour which allowed us to hear the historical perspective of the city and decide what we would like to do the next day.
