Totally covered by stone and redecorated with the best techniques using first choice materials, the farm consists in one of kind 1700 country apulian villa named "Masseria di Saliceto": The swimming pool, furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds, is also equipped for guests only. The whole environment evokes relaxation and peace, inviting guests to contemplate nature and enjoy the scented air of the farm. The homestead gathers around a farmyard in which there are various lounge areas. Note the suggestive niche in Moroccan style with a floor seat, lamps and pillows which give a romantic touch and great atmosphere to the environment. The entire estate is fenced and all over the land are planted fruit trees, almond and olive trees. The farm also boasts the production of a delicious organic oil. At guests’ disposal there are wide parking areas accessible through an electric gate. Both houses are equipped with an independent security alarm.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION: The estate consists of two villas situated on one level. They can accommodate up to 18 people for a total of 7 bedrooms (7 double and 4 sofa beds) and a convertible sofa with 7 bathrooms (all equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer). The villa covers 440 square meters and is divided into an entrance room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, bidet and a hairdryer. The living area is wide and consists of a large dining room and a sitting room with a sofa (convertible into a double bed). The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The living area faces to the private garden of orange and lemon trees, while the bedrooms open directly onto the wonderful pool.This accommodation lies on 55 square meters comprising: an entrance room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bidet and a hairdryer. The kitchen, with an electric induction cooktop, is complete, including a microwave. The house also has a charming and comfortable patio that overlooks the farmyard, the perfect place for a drink before meals. Included air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi and floor heating throughout the villa.

DESTINATIONS
Masseria di Saliceto is located near the town of Martina Franca, in the Itria valley (Upper Salento), which is considered the capital of the cuisine of Puglia and easily reachable on foot.
Ceglie Messapica is a very pleasant town full of baroque churches and has an interesting city centre with folkloric events for most of the year. Here you can find all the essential services for all your needs, such as supermarket, grocery stores, bars, post office, bank, pharmacy, clothing shops, restaurants etc.
The surroundings are ideal for long walks in the countryside among olive groves, trulli and farmhouses.
Nearby the estate is possible to visit a farm producing mozzarella cheese and dairy products typical of the area. The Caves of Montevicoli, located within 1 km, are particularly interesting and evocative.
For sea lovers, at short distance (10 km) you can sunbathe on the golden beaches of Ostuni which have been awarded by Legambiente the Blue Flag, a prize given to the cleanest seas in Italy.
Ostuni is called "the White City" because of the white lime with which was once painted all over the buildings in the city centre, an image of huge impact and unforgettable for any visitor.
The city is worth the visit for the high amount of monuments and cultural heritage of great value. Beach lovers won’t be disappointed, because the beaches around Ostuni continue to dazzle with their white sands and crystalline waters and make not regret distant Caribbean destinations.
