QUIET COTSWOLD VILLAGE - RELAXING AND ISOLATED
250-year-old barn converted in 1990 and totally refurbished in July 2020, offering all the comforts of modern living with the charm of a traditional country home.
3 bedroom (king-size, double and (small) twin/guest), en-suite, bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, traditional dining kitchen, spacious lounge, log burner (gas), office, utility, courtyard garden.
Allergy controlled.
Parties of 6 guests need to be aware that the third bedroom is small, and the 4th bed is a trundle bed in this room so better suited to children/small adults. The sitting room has comfortable seating for 5 people.
Dust mite allergy controlled.
Spacious sitting room with gas fuelled log burner.
Smart TV with access to Freeview channels, Netflix and app based platforms.
Free wi-fi.
Very well equipped kitchen - new appliances (Oven, grill, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter tap).
Office has use of internet phone and printer (charges apply).
Washing machine & tumble drier.
Please note that whilst there are beds and facilities for six people, the bedrooms are quite small. As such, the property is most suitable for four adults and two children , or for five adults.
All areas.
However, there are a number of locked cupboards containing personal belongings, and the attic also has personal belongings.
Some outside areas belong to adjacent houses.
This is a managed property with a meet and greet facility available if requested.
Weston Subedge is a really peaceful and quiet village, away from the crowds, yet close enough to most of the North Cotswolds tourist attractions. Perfect if you are looking for some isolation.
There is a pub and a village bar, however the nearest shop is 2 km away.
Being away from the road, the only noises you will hear are those of the natural wildlife.
Just off the Costwold Way, this is a great location for guests who like walking.
Walk or drive up to Dover's Hill (1 km), enjoy a picnic, take in the amazing views, then stroll down to Chipping Campden.
Alternatively you can walk or drive to the beautiful villages of Willersey, Mickleton and Broadway. All are within 4 km.
Evesham is only 6 miles away and is great for groceries, having 6 supermarkets to suit all budgets.
Then Stratford, Oxford, Warwick, Leamington, Cheltenham, Cirencester and many other towns are all within a 45 minute drive.
The house can accommodate 6 people, with dedicated beds for each. However, it is more comfortable for 5 people as the third bedroom is quite small.
