Friendly staff and room was clean and comfortable. Hadn’t realised the hotel was alcohol free and that breakfast was meat free. Breakfast was slow to be refilled too. Both main lifts also broke down for a few hours so not ideal when on 5th floor

We spent 1 night at this hotel and was fantastic. Isabelle and her colleague (sorry, forgot his name) they are amazing, help us and make us feel really comfortable since we booked very late after a long day at the airport.
Thank you all.
4.3
Incredible place, always 5 Stars.

I heard that this hotel is relatively new. It's almost 4 km from the Lisbon International Airport. This hotel was easy to check in, helped me out with our bags on a last minute trip prior to the actual start date. The door men were fantastic as well as the reception. If I had to choose something That could stand to be a little better would be at the menu but the meals are delicious..
4.3
Noisy Dirty bad food
4.3
Good staff who are helpful and want to assist, but breakfast has run out by 9.30am (or most of it at least) and the beds arent the most comfortable in the world. Sauna/spa is okay, but nothing to celebrate. Had a number of issues with spa services as we had a 20% off voucher which led to a series of issues as they had decreased prices 30% for all customers and could not combine and wanted us to ask hitel.com/expedia for the difference (obviously never happening). Beyond that, good location, easy and relaxed
4.3
Hotel very clean and comfortable, well equipped rooms and bathroom (great shower), slightly noisy from main road at the front and neighbouring rooms but nothing major. Good reception, bar etc
We normally stay more central but we liked this location and some nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk and easy walk to centre or a short Uber ride.
Only thing that let it down was the breakfast area, the first morning we were waiting for 20 mins for a clean plate and the second morning was chaos - a small number of tables occupied but every other table full of dirty pots so even though not busy we had to wait 10-15 mins for a table, only one of coffee machines working and no hot water / coffee in the jugs, so a few frustrated people. Actual breakfast ok but need more staff for the morning rush.

The hotel is awesome. The food is very nice. The hotel have parking. The room is very comfortable and cleam, the bed is very very good.
4.3
Closed to everything and airport.
4.3
Great location that is close to the airport and had a very enjoyable breakfast. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are well appointed. Parking was extra 15/d but it was worth it as it is in a very busy area. The hotel includes a spa as well which is only 10 euros for hotel guests.
4.3
Friendly and convenient

Misleading / inaccurate description of hotel
It should be made clear in the description that this is a Halal Hotel and that it is also alcohol free.
The Pool is part of the 'spa' and the hotel charges for using it. The Spa is in the basement alongside the Car Park and has no 'luxury', looks like part of the Car park. It was cold and no overly clean (people had scratched their names in the dirt along the edge of the pool). If travelling as a couple you would not be able to use the Sauna etc together as they are in the changing rooms.
Room booked was a 'Deluxe' at considerably more expense than a 'standard', when querying what the difference was as it looked no different I was advised that 'Deluxe' means having a double bed rather than twins.
Breakfast was adequate but the staff struggled to keep the food topped up and the areas clean.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you got a very good price and were looking for a quick stopover near the airport.
Overall not a h

A great place to stay when catching a flight. Super staff, comfortable rooms, would have liked to have had breakfast but our flight did not allow. They did have an express breakfast which was great!
4.3
Friendly, professional staff and a FABULOUS breakfast!
4.3
The staff was not very professional
4.3
The service, room and buffet breakfast was excellent.
4.3
No alcohol, no pork, not a big deal for us but we should have been informed
4.3
The included dinner at the restaurant if you get the half or full board option is very limited and not the full restaurant menu. The checkin is late at 3pm and they will not let you in early if you arrive early.
4.3
Hotels.com said the spa was included but it wasn’t. We paid extra for the room to get this.
In fact the breakfast was included but our booking didn’t tell us this.

Very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel that isn't as expensive as I thought it would be. The restaurant is nice and the staff are very friendly.

Great dining experience and staff was great.

The first room I was given was dirty with spots on the pillows and a stain on the curtain. The soap dispenser had fallen from the bathroom wall.
I was sold the room with spa access. However, when I got
to the Spa I was told that no rooms have spa access. The spa was just a pool and hot tub with no sauna.
All around a disappointing stay.
4.3
Great area for the airport
4.3
The property is pretty and the people very pleasant and helpful. Booked 2 rooms and both rooms were set at 30 degrees celsius. Too hot for us, so we went to 24 degrees celsius and no shift in cold air. We were tired and it was past midnight so didn’t ask for someone to look at the AC for us.
4.3
Handicap room on 1st floor then attitude on a room change request. We were there for 3 days. Never again
4.3
Haven't arrived yet.
4.3
Nice experience for first time in city
Front desk very helpful
4.3
Very clean and modern. Good sized rooms. Shower didnt work properly and prices in the mini bar and restaurant bar were extornionate. Didnt top up tea or coffee when they made up the rooms and charged £4 for an espresso coffee using the machine in the room.
4.3
Hotel itself is beautiful. It’s clean, aesthetically pleasing and the rooms etc are a good size.
Didn’t use the spa. Wanted to but I wasn’t aware before booking that you have to wear a swimming hat which they charge 10 euros for, in the spa. It just made a little less comfortable in my opinion.
I had a massage which was really poor value for money. I asked for a back and shoulder massage with deep tissue/hard pressure, but she applied minimal pressure and massaged my legs etc also. Maybe a language barrier and maybe I wasn’t clear enough. But I felt sad handing over 60 euros for this.
There was building work being done in the room opposite me so I heard banging and drilling etc a lot in the afternoons and wasn’t warned of this sadly.
The hotel- beautiful. Location was a little further from the centre than I’d hoped but Ubers are super cheap and I never found it difficult to get into town.

Nice hotel.

Large and comfortable bedroom, the breakfast is fabulous and the staff was very helpful.

I was in lisbon on business and chose this hotel due to it location and the facilities. Checked in around 9pm amd headed down the the bar to unwind with a cold beer only to be told that the hotel does not serve alcohol. The hotel is on a flight path with planes flying over from 5am until midnight. managed around 5 hours per night sleep. i would have checked out after the first night but due to the hotels no refund policy i was stuck there. Breakfast was average and was cold on two out of four mornings.
4.3
When booking this hotel it mentions a bar/lounge. It fails to mention that there is no alcohol served on site. It also mentioned a pool and a gym but neglects to mention access is available through an extra fee. Apart from this I’d have to say it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. But when you have a choice between so many other hotels to patron that will provide these amenities why would you choose to stay here?
4.3
Generous and serviceminded staff, great location, tasty breakfast with lots of variety, luggage storage and airport - transferservice.
4.3
Kui Pinto totally made our experience worthwhile. He is quite the ambassador for the hotel as well as helpful in suggesting dining spots, was gracious and very hospitable. It’s refreshing to meet someone who really enjoys what they do!
