About this house rental

'Just Havenly' is a gorgeous, newly built home in the best location - within close walking distance to both South Beach and downtown South Haven. Park the car and walk to everything! Just 2-3 blocks to the beach, the riverfront, or the shops and restaurants.

With three levels and over 4500 square ft, this custom home was designed to provide ample space for guests to spread out. The first floor living room has a gas fireplace and 50" smart/xfinity TV. Double doors open wide to a cozy screened porch, expanding the space and providing an additional lounge area. The open kitchen is complete with island seating, a professional 6-burner range, premium appliances, and is adjacent to a dining room that seats 8. The small hallway off the living room leads to a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a king master bedroom with smart TV and ensuite bathroom. There's plenty of room for all your shoes and beach supplies in the mud/laundry room at the back of the home.

Up the stairs are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with 2 double beds), two full bathrooms, and a bonus lounge area with a 50" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level of the house is very spacious and provides yet another living room with 50" smart/xfinity TV, a game room with air hockey and wet bar, as well as the 5th bathroom and bedroom (king bed and twin built-in bunk).

This home has wonderful outdoor spaces! Relax on the front porch and greet neighbors headed to the beach, lounge privately in the screened room, or cozy up under the string lighting in the professionally landscaped backyard. Outdoors you'll find a dining table for 6, a grill, and a dedicated gas fire pit area.

We’ve provided everything you need to make your beach days enjoyable including a wagon, beach chairs, toys, umbrella and beach towels.

House was immaculate with plenty of living spaces. Kitchen was stocked and huge. Two lounge areas, two full eating areas plus a screened in porch and fire pit. The front porch was where we had coffee and said hello to walkers and people heading to and from the beach. Bed rooms were spacious and had plenty of closet and dresser space to unpack and make ourselves at home. We did not get in our car for the week we were there because we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The wagon and beach chairs were an added bonus that made our visit so easy. South Haven is a delightful place with great beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly. The landscaping of our house was exquisite and there were beautiful yards throughout town. We will definitely try to stay at this property for our next visit.

We had a great time at Anna’s property. Everything was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well-stocked with needed equipment. Access to town and beach were good, and there was plenty of parking. We hope to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Just Havenly. While the property shows beautifully in photos, it's even better in person. The layout of the home was perfect for 2 families. Each family took a floor and we had privacy of our own as well as plenty of bathrooms. The shared space was inviting and we spent a lot of time together at the shared spaces indoors as well as the front porch, back porch, and beautifully landscaped backyard. The corner lot let in a lot of sunshine and location was 10/10. It is walkable to everything in SH: beach, playgrounds, splash pad, marina, downtown, etc. etc. The garage was well stocked for a trip to the beach, which was appreciated. The house is very clean and the owner was very responsive when our baby locked us out of a room and we couldn't find the master key. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family stays in South haven each summer as part of our family tradition. We have stayed in a few different places but this one was beyond expectations. Every aspect was excellent, from cleanliness, beautiful decor and everything you would need for a memory making week. We will definitely be booking here again next year!

This property is amazing - and exactly what was listed. It had plenty of space for our group (5 adults and 3 kids) to spread out. The location was great - quick walk to downtown and the beach - and a beautiful yard and porch to relax. We would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay and this home is perfectly located. First of all the house has everything you could need (even an extra floor fan:) It is super clean! The location to the beach (only 4 blocks) and the location to downtown (3 blacks) was perfect for letting teenagers/college students walk everywhere! Thanks for a great vacation!

We stayed at this wonderful home for the weekend. We had 12 adults and 4 kids under the age of 4. From the time we booked to our check out- the hosts were available to answer all of our questions. The house is very new and clean which we all appreciated. We all were able to stay very comfortably. Thank you for making our stay so easy and homey!

This home will exceed your expectations in so many ways. It is spacious, thoughtfully appointed....almost elegant. There are multiple gathering spaces - living room, upstairs TV area, backyard screened-in porch, outdoor covered eating area, and my favorite, north-facing covered front porch. The kitchen is well-stocked - they've thought of everything. You are provided with an ample supply of beach chairs, beach towels, beach tote bags and a wagon filled with toys. You are blocks from the beach and blocks from downtown. We can't wait to return next year to take advantage of all this home has to offer.

Absolutely beautifully appointed and comfortable. Gourmet kitchen, outdoor grill and fire pit, screened in porch. This property checks all the boxes for a beach town stay. Close to the water and downtown! If you don’t mind walking 3 blocks to the beach, this location is for you!

This home is absolutely beautiful. This was our families first time in South Haven and we can’t wait to go back. The stay here was a blast because the home is set up to enjoy the space as a group. From the wide open kitchen/dining/living area to the awesome outside set up with a covered patio, dining table, and fire pit, the space was great for eating together and playing games with room for the kiddos to enjoy around as well. There were multiple comments from amongst our group about the little touches that were clearly well thought out like the first aid kit, high end knife and cutting board sets, and heavenly smelling soap. The actual layout of the home was really nice; each room felt separate and private so we could come together as a group but easily retreat, too. We couldn’t get over the location and how perfect it is for walking to everywhere we wanted to go - beach, town, park. We had a blast and would highly recommend this property to everyone!

This home is perfect. It is a perfect location, just 3-4 blocks from both the beach and downtown. The outdoor spaces are wonderful--a great screen porch in the back along with an outdoor patio set and a fire pit and comfortable chairs on the front porch too. The layout of the house is open and spacious. Bedrooms are all a decent size and beds are so comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and really beautiful (all four of them!). The kitchen is amazing...all you need and everything seems brand new. Entire house was so clean and many nice touches, including extra chairs on the screen porch, a nice set of beach towels and an entire set of beach chairs along with a beach umbrella and wagon. No need to bring your own! Anna, the owner is kind and responsive. We would definitely rent this home again!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home! It is beautifully laid out and has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We loved spending evenings on the screened in porch. It is in a perfect location - short walk to downtown, the beach and kids corner. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
