The Neighborhood:
This stunning apartment offers a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of Paignton, and only two minutes walk from the local beach. Located on the beautiful English Riviera and part of the UNESCO accredited Global Geopark, there’s so much to explore along the glittering coast. From an easily accessible beachfront and promenade, to the traditional pier and colourful beach huts. Plus, a bustling stretch of bars, pubs and restaurants to boot.
One of the best things about Paignton is the accessibility - with the seafront and town centre all a stone's throw away. It really does ensure a relaxing break as, once you arrive, you won’t need to go far. That said, there’s still ample opportunities to head out and explore the rest of Devon’s natural beauty. Including Torquay and Brixham, which are only a short 15-minute drive.
Like the rest of the English Riviera, Paignton boasts sub-tropical palms and calm waters that make ideal swimming and paddle boarding conditions. In summer, enjoy long days soaking up the sun on Broadsands Beach or Paignton Sands. In winter, take to the nearby coastal path for invigorating walks through the countryside.
There’s so much to do in the local area: visit the animals at Paignton Zoo, enjoy a boat tour or ferry ride, and visit the numerous local museums and art galleries. Find more local tips and tricks in our Guest Guide, which is available upon booking.
Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located so you can explore Paignton pretty much entirely by foot. The beach is just a short two-minute walk away, while the town centre is only five-minutes. If you're visiting by car, there is a free, private parking spot for one vehicle outside the property. For those who wish to visit by public transport, Paignton has a great local train station with regular links to Exeter St Davids and Exmouth. Direct trains connect Exeter St Davids to the majority of the UK, including London, Bristol, Cornwall and the Midlands.

We have enjoy and wonderful holidays.

My husband and daughter visiting from NZ enjoyed our stay very much. We were visiting family locally so very convenient. The apartment was a very pleasant space to be in and its bedrooms with en-suites. Nicely equipped and decorated. A couple of additions I would like was as we were staying for five nights a change of towels halfway through would have been nice and more tea towels needed. A micro fibre or J cloth would be useful in addition to the washing up sponge. I would also have liked a bedside light to read by. The master bedroom light was a bit dim. I would also have liked a larger sharp kitchen knife as we self catered mostly also a bread knife. All in all we liked the location to the sea front it was an excellent stay. Thank you.
