דירה נוחה ומרווחת במיקום מצוין. המארח איפשר לנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר וכן הוסיף לבקשתנו ירקות לארוחת הבוקר.

Aanrader voor een shorttrip Athene

Perfecte ligging om Athene te bezoeken. Veilige buurt, leuke restaurantjes en koffiebarretjes vlakbij. Host was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gaf ook goede tips voor eetgelegenheden. Vervoer van en naar luchthaven snel geregeld. Kleine badkamer, maar gerieflijk. Alles erg netjes. Goed uitgeruste keuken, fijn dat er ontbijt beschikbaar was (fruitsap, kaas/hesp, jam, toast, yoghurt,...). Handig dat er airco in de woon -en slaapkamers is. Ook enorm geapprecieerd dat we gebruik mochten maken van een early check in en late check out, gezien onze vluchturen.

Hieraan kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan verhelpen, maar het gebouw en straat zijn erg rumoerig. Heel de nacht roepende mensen en zwaar verkeer door de straat, oordopjes meenemen is aan te raden. De badkamer is erg klein. Wij zijn ong 1,70m en hadden net plaats genoeg tussen toilet en lavabo. Maar verder een goede douche en alles aanwezig.

Excellent situation au calme

Situation géographique idéale pour rayonner dans Athènes à pied, dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est très propre et contient tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin. La taille des chambres est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner très bien. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte. Nous avons profité des recommandations pour les restaurants et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Je recommande.

La salle de bain un peut petite.

Amazing vacation

Great location! Big comfortable apartment located in the center of Plaka. The place was very clean and organized, clean sheets and towels, food and drinks in the fridge so you can make yourself breakfast and have a cup of espresso... We really enjoyed our stay :) Our host Nikos was very kind, always willing to help us with any kind of questions

We think there should be a better solution to heat the water before showering. Turning on the boiler when needed to shower is a bit annoying.. For us, everything was great accept that little issue

Do NOT stay: WE WERE BURGLED HERE!

Yes, while we were out in Athens someone broke in, went through and tossed our bags, and stole everything of value. While that is in itself was bad enough, what made this completely appalling was the owner's cavalier attitude - he blamed us and claimed that "we must not have locked the door" (which is entirely false). He was not supportive in the least and did not offer to help at all. In fact he may have been involved in the robbery because he knew that we were away for the whole day and he himself came into the apartment on the day of robbery in our absence. It is just too much of a co-incidence that the thieves knew exactly which apartment to rob and when! There are at least 10 other good properties right next to this one - would recommend staying away.

Ter que esquentar a água e esperar 45 minutos para iniciar o banho (que deveria ser tomado em até 10 minutos se não a água esfriava).

Great safe walkable location. Spacious apartment for large family.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment, beds were boxspring which we like. Huge bedrooms for old town.

Ήταν όλα πάρα πολύ καλά και ο κ. Νίκος πολύ υποστηρικτικός.

Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα και παραπάνω για πρωινό. Κατά τα άλλα ο κ. Νίκος ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος και το διαμέρισμα πάρα πολύ άνετο. Το δυνατό του σημείο η τοποθεσία, 3 λεπτά από το Σύνταγμα, όλα στα πόδια σου. Θα το προτοιμήσω και την επόμενη φορά και εύχομαι να έχει καθρέφτη...

Το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο στενάχωρο για 3 άτομα, πόσο μάλλον για περισσότερο κόσμο! Δεν υπάρχει καθρέφτης στο διαμέρισμα παρά μόνο του μπάνιου! Προτείνουμε ένα ολόσωμο ή κάποιον κρεμασμένο σε τοίχι κάπου. Επίσης, για γυναικείο πληθυσμό δεν υπάρχει άλλο μέρος να βαφτεί κανείς ή να φτιάξει τα μαλλιά του από τον καθρέφτη του μπάνιου.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We also had Netflix which was a bonus.

Location is good. Appartment is nice. Owner is reachable over phone anytime. He helps a lot. He arranged cab whenever we needed. I recommend to stay.

He can provide a fan which will be helpful to switch off AC once room becomes cool. He can keep Manuals of all equipments. He can visit to handover and collect keys , while check-in and check-out
