Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a hallway bathed in natural light. Proceed further to discover the two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms. These rooms offer ample storage for your belongings and additional heating options, complemented by plush bedding ensuring a restful night's sleep.
At the end of the hallway, you'll find the main bathroom, a pleasant surprise featuring a spacious walk-in shower and tasteful designs. This modern bathroom offers both cleanliness and comfort, with abundant natural light enhancing the space.
The hallway provides a cleverly integrated, European-style laundry equipped with a washer/dryer combo for your convenience.

Launceston is a beautiful city blending both city and country charms, with heritage streetscapes, a slice of urban wilderness and gourmet food and drink available at every turn. We aren’t just biassed, many agree, with Launceston named Australia’s best town to visit in 2022!
Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces. This home is located on the Kingsway which is known for funky cafes and the Kingsway Bar, who serve up a wonderful selection of whiskeys and gins. The mall and the local cinema are just one block away, providing you with plenty of entertainment and retail options to choose from.
Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.
Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.
An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).
ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Alternatively you can park out the front where there is paid 1 hour parking spaces between the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri and 9:00am-4:00pm Sat. Parking is free after hours and Sundays. There is additional, all day parking found at the Bathurst St carpark for only $6.00 per day
