Nice hotel in a good, up and coming, developing area.

I liked the location. It's by a developing area, so there are many new buildings, roads, shopping/malls nearby and they are in walking distance in a safe area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was modern with all types of lighting options. AC worked well.

Wasn't happy about the need to hold my passport (I guess for incidentals?), so I paid upfront deposit to get it back. Speaking of the deposit, it was very high compared to other hotels I'd stayed at during the trip...as much as 3 times more! Stayed for an entire week and wasn't asked by housekeeping or front desk if room needed freshening up. That disappointed me.

Explain.

I booked a room 3 weeks before my arrival date and I came there in 19:30 and had to wait one hour because they didn’t have a room for me. I was trying to get explanation from the reception but no one speaks to me except saying “wait Sir” “15 minutes more Sir” “we Sorry “. Check in time is 14:00 why I need to wait one hour to get a room or explanation. Really bad experience after beautiful 5 weeks in Philippines. And I’m leaving in a few hours why i need to deposit 3000 peso cash what i will do with the money after? So you have a choice for Card but the money is back to you after 1.5 months.

Schöne hochwertige Einrichtung. Nettes Personal und nicht allzu weit von Flughafen und Mall of Asia entfernt

Alles auf chinesisch. Keine Anleitung für Safe und tv. Nur Internet kein normales Fernseh Programm. Nur Netflix und YouTube. Der Pool war sehr kalt und fast den ganzen Tag im schatten gelegen. Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße zur Baclaran church war sehr laut durch den Verkehr selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern

Modern ausgestattete und großzügige Zimmer

Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht. 1 Person wollte gerne nach dem Check Out noch die Dusche am Pool nutzen da wir einen 20g Flug vor uns hatten. Das Personal weigerte sich uns dies zu gestattet was ich völlig unverständlich fande.

Watch out, corrupt hotel

Beware…corrupt hotel. Watch out for their hairdryer trick. I’ll come to that later. Upon arrival it took 45 minutes for the reception staff to locate our booking and show us to our room. When we entered the room, someone had clearly been smoking in it, despite it being a no smoking room. They reluctantly moved us to an alternative room. Despite them being aware that we were leaving for an early morning flight and having already discussed taxi arrangements, they phoned the room at 11pm when we were all fast asleep to ask if we wanted a taxi booking for the morning. Now to the hairdryer trick…during our 45 minute check in the hotel were adamant we gave them 3000php in cash as a security deposit against any damage done. After a 3 week trip in the Philippines, no other hotel asked for this. When my husband asked for the deposit back (it was not offered) knowingly, within minutes of our taxi arriving to get to the airport they produced two hairdryers…one damaged and one OK. They were adamant that we had caused a small dint to the hairdryer in our room. We had not done this. It seemed like a very well rehearsed situation with housekeeping in on the act with the receptionists. We wondered how many times they had utilised the damaged hairdryer that they switched on for a couple of minutes to warm up. Knowing that we had to leave swiftly, and despite debating our innocence they held on to 50% of the deposit (about 18GBP). The hotel is situated on a busy dual carriageway without decent glazing to block out the noise. If you value your sleep and your deposit, look elsewhere. This is totally not in keeping with the spirit of the Philippines where we had a wonderful 3 week stay with amazing hospitality, welcoming smiles and honest people.

It was excellent and all the staff greets you with wide smile.

I loved everything about the hotel, from the facilities down to the Restaurant. If you're a fan of Chinese food, their resto is a must try. My comfort food has always been sweet and sour and their version is to die for! 🤍

So far none at all.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and good breakfast.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Hotel looks new and is good value compared to other hotels in the same price class. Breakfast had Asian and western options.

The check in process was a bit annoying. You were sat down in the lobby with no further explanation. Only realized that check in finally started when other guests walked straight to the counter to check in. A bit unfair for those that waited a long time. I requested a hair dryer and had to ask two more times until I actually received it. A towel rack in the bathroom was not properly mounted.

Una super soluzione in zona aeroporto

Hotel molto moderno, dotato di ogni comodità, pulitissimo, camere spaziose, bagno super, letti molto comodi, staff davvero gentile e un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Consigliato se si deve essere comodi per l’aeroporto.

La zona non è bella ma noi l’abbiamo scelta perché ci serviva fosse comoda per l’aeroporto.

Очень понравилось расположение, рядом с аэропортом, новый чистый отель. На одну ночь хорошее решение

При бронировании указывала, чтобы была одна большая кровать, при заселении не учли, но потом переселили Мы прилетели поздно ночью и персонал постоянно звонил в номер, сначала забыли карточки для завтрака, потом забыли написать номер комнаты на карточке, потом еще расписаться)) в итоге ходили и звонили раза 4, а мы уже хотели спать В спорт зале нет коврика для занятия спортом, добавьте пожалуйста:)

Good size rooms, spacious

Brand new and clean, big spacious rooms

They wouldn’t extend our checkout time and we checked in 5am. I am pretty certain they knew we couldn’t get up for breakfast checking in at 5am but refused to budge!

Very pleasant, new hotel. The rooms are well-kept and super-equipped. Comfortable beds and pillows. super swimming pool.

The downstairs toilet and the lobby are as cold as a refrigerator. They overdo the air conditioning. is not adapted to the environment.

新しいホテルなので非常に綺麗で設備も充実していた。朝食も代わり映えはしないが種類も多く美味しかった。 Netflixや、Amazon Primeも楽しめたし、部屋の広さやドライヤーの風力も全て満足でした。両替などで困ったが真摯に対応してくれた。

道路の交通音がかなり聞こえた。遅くまで交通量が多いので繊細な人は眠れないかもしれない。3泊したが一度も清掃が行われなかった。気づいてフロントに連絡し、タオルなど変えて貰ったが翌日も同じだった。一度だけならうっかり忘れていたのかと思うが、二回連続だと少しがっかりした。特に清掃が必要なら何かしろという説明もなかったはずだが詳細は不明。

Ein tolles Hotel! Ich habe es ein weiters Mal gebucht.

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Von dem Eintritt bis zur Abreise wurden wir komplett bedient. So wie man es sich von einem 5 Sterne Hotel wünscht und erwartet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auch die Wege zu den Zimmern waren sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig.

The water in swimming pool is so cold. It takes too long at front desk. The staff in the front desk not prepared for many clients. Strict at room accompany they should allow family in room no need to add extra bed.

The location was good there was convince store next door. And a few reastraunt near by as well. Very close to the mall and other attractions Airport only 10 mins drive away. .

They only serve a fixed breakfast NO BUffet and only 3 choices on the menu English breakfast Philippines breakfast Continental breakfast But were all very nice.

Brand new hotel with 5 stars hotel facilities.

Breakfast was not in open buffet. They asked us to choose Filipino, American or Chinese breakfast and they brought to table. For me: Hash browns, one fried egg, butter, jam, toasted white bread and tea. It was enough.

More variety in breakfast especially some veggies and fruits.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf

Het is een mooi hotel met ruime kamers, goede bedden en een heerlijke douche.

Het ontbijt is ontzettend beperkt, je hebt weinig keuze en is niet veel. Als je je drankje wil bij laten vullen moet het nagevraagd worden. Je zou een buffet verwachten. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar wat traag.

Novy hotel, ma potencial, ale sluzby hodne za standardom… Bazen super. Izby velke a postele pohodlne. poloha fajn ak potrebujete letisko, ale okna moc netesnia zvuk. Velka vdaka ochotnej recepcii a ludim z lobby.

Dvakrat som musela ziadat upratat izbu. Ranajky katastrofa. Vyberate si zo 4 jedal a personal nechape ked chcete dva napoje (kavu a dzus alebo vodu a kavu). Pri obsadeni 5 stolov cakate 25minut… Tenke steny takze pocujete vsetko od susedov (napriklad detsky plac).

Отель соответствовать фотографиям, внутри чисто, номер комфортный, прекрасный ремонт и материалы, уютная спа зона, персонал приветливый и вежливый (кроме ресепсен, об этом ниже). Расположение я бы не сказал что туристическое, но каждый выбирает из своих задач, нас все устроило

Персонал на ресепсен оказался полностью не компетентным и показал полное безразличие к нам, как к гостям! Работать с booking.com отель не умеет или не хочет: сначала не могли найти бронь, потом для них стало новостью, что мы приехали семьей из трех человек и заранее указывали, что нам нужен номер с двумя кроватями (за эту опцию при бронировании мы доплатили), ну и как финал нам выдали всего 2 карты на завтрак вместо трех (ранее так же оплаченных), так как работники отеля видя в броне, что ребенку 12 лет думают, что он на грудном вскармливании. Показав работникам бронь и что она в себя включает со своего телефона, вместо того, чтобы просто согласиться или же найти выход из ситуации, если правила booking.com отличаются от правил отеля, работники начали вести себя неадекватно, испортили настроение и впечатление от хорошего отеля.

Стандартный бизнес отель

Чистота. Удобно переночевать перед вылетом домой. В номере все есть, и туалетные принадлежности и халаты с тапочками и холодильник с сейфом.

Очень шумит в номере кондиционер. Подушки и одеяла из чего то искусственного, становишься мокрым через 5 минут

Newly-opened Bayprime Hotel is worth a try.

Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The towels were very soft and fragrant. The smart TV was very user-friendly.

The foyer was a bit confusing to the grab driver, as the "entrance" and "exit" points were not labeled accordingly.
