Being the 4th largest lake in Ontario, Lake Simcoe provides hours of endless boating with access to Lake Couchiching. Just minutes from downtown Barrie offering a beautiful boardwalk along the waterfront and picturesque harbour as well as a multitude of restaurants, shops, theatres and entertainment. Hospital and Go Train are within 15 minutes of this property.

The main cottage boasts a stone terrace with BBQ and stone fireplace and hot tub. The property has a multi-level stone terrace with walkouts from the cottage, multiple seating areas and view of the lake. The linen and turnover fee is $1680 per rental
This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
Boathouses, Bunkies and 3 Season Muskoka Rooms not available from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Outdoor furniture is not out from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Water toys are not available Thanksgiving-Victoria Day due to safety concerns
