3.5
Location makes this a very attractive hotel. In the core of the city and within walking distance to all amenities.
4.0
Location and quaintness of the rooms. We loved this place.
A little warm in the room but we were able to open the windows.
4.5
Loved the location, very central, easy walk to shops, cafes and bus stops.
No ability to control temperature, blanket was not warm enough, had to request more.
2.5
Location is great, very central to downtown and the stores and restaurants.
Tired and basic, but adequate.
Heating too hot (27c) and couldn’t turn down.
Noisy from upper floors.
Ceiling fan light (room 207) has remote control which was activated by another remote control in hotel somewhere. Spent 2 hours turning it off late at night when someone else in hotel turned theirs off/on.

The staff : friendly and helpfull

The bed was comfortable
Two things
1) the heat ran all night. No air conditioning. We couldn’t open the window because all the street noise.
2) it is a mostly pedestrian city. There is no way to pull up and unload your luggage, so you have to drag it 2 long blocks from the parking deck.

Absolutamente todo!. El lugar es increíble, tiene muy buena ubicación y el personal es muy amable. El cuarto amplio, limpio, hermoso.
Sin duda lo recomiendo.
Todo me gustó.

Location - right in the heart of banff ave, amongst all the shops and restaurants. Just 2 blocks walk to the Banff High School Transit hub so you don't need a car but i believe there's parking behind if u have one. The Roam buses go everywhere. Room is spacious with tea/coffee, fridge. There's no air con but there's a ceiling fan and fan. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
It is expensive but that's the rate in banff for September and it is in the heart of Banff.
Being right in the centre of Banff Ave it can be a little noisy down on the street with people talking and birds squawking but that's out of the hotel's control

Convenient location in Banff. Cool glass elevator to view the street.
Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest to sleep on.

Secure, excellent location, excellent staff, overall a great experience.
Small room for value and parking

The staff were great and the bed was comfortable.
The listing stated the “star of the show” was a fireplace, which was removed for our unit so we didn’t even experience it (but paid for a room that was promised to have it). Hotel is very old, toiletries and amenities were minimal, and in general it just wasn’t worth the price when compared to nearby hotels for the same price range.
2.5
Location was great and the staff was pleasant.
No air conditioning due to historical building. However my view was an air conditioning unit three feet from my window

Very very good location right in the centre of downtown banff. Although the hotel is old, the inside was renovated and clean.
You can hear your neighbours speaking quite easily, as well as people in the hallway.
