Room and beds excellent. Breakfast on site was excellent, too.

Breakfast included was such a bonus! We really enjoyed not having to drive anywhere for breakfast. The breakfast room was warm and food plentiful.

Comfortable, clean, met all our requirements.

Location was convenient to UNE and Town. View was excellent over town. Breakfast room was bright, warm and sunny. Breakfast was adequate. Some fruit such as a banana would have been good to put on cereal or toast. Undercover parking was good to have.

Nice comfortable and quiet room not far from the University or town centre and with a good breakfast included. Excellent parking spaces between cars. The onsite restaurant provided nice Indian food.

Loved being able to park the motorbike under cover.

Undercover, sheltered motorbike parking. Easy to navigate the driveway and to stop and park (not always easy on adventure bikes), at properties with steep driveways and gravel, so a big thumbs up for being biker aware and biker friendly. We arrived late but the owner raced outside to meet us as we arrived (awesome smile and lovely lady). In the morning after my shower (super hot water - awesome) I realised that my room was missing the hairdryer. As a biker and not wanting wet hair in my helmet, I phoned reception to ask if I could please borrow one from another room and the owner raced over with a brand new one right away. Super impressed. There is a restaurant off the reception area for breakfast. I had raisin toast and coffee here while enjoying the morning rays of sun. Husband had juice and cereals followed by toast and condiments. Previously named the Armidale Motel and the signage also says Motel. Google and Waze apps knew where to go, but had I been looking for a street number or Inn I would have been lost. Loads of food delivery options (even at 8.30pm) There were enough power points to charge everything - 2 x helmet comms, 2 x phones, 2 x battery banks, 2 x CPAP machines. (Not always easy finding 8 accessible power points).

Partner said there was hair in the shower on the walls and on the floor. I advised him to just use the shower head and hot water to wash it off, which he did but he then refused to shower after deciding that the previous guest may have also peed in the shower too and consequently he wouldn't use it. (OMG further comments I am mumbling under my breath rather than typing here). I had no issues with the bathroom or anywhere else and I thought the room was perfectly clean.

Disappointed that the pet charge wasn’t advised at the time of booking.

Free Tesla charging, comfortable bed.

Extremely small room. Extra $25 for pet, not mentioned by Booking.com. Very basic ‘continental’ breakfast….no fruit juice, no brewed coffee.

Just enough for overnight when traveling through.

Good arterial road access to motel on approach to Armidale from the New England Highway. Good elevation and benefits form afternoon breeze. Complimentary light breakfast was appreciated, served in dining room/restaurant.

Room was on the smaller size. But okay for one person overnight. There was something wrong with a section of the flooring near the cabinet in this room - when stepping in this section it was like there was a loose floor board under the carpet and a bang of noise would sounds out. I'm uncertain if this was disturbing to the occupants in the adjoining unit. Note: I assume that there are larger rooms available for more than 1 occupant bookings.

Great Host and very comfortable and private BB ,quiet with a great outlook onto a golf course

Our host made the best scrambled eggs I have had in a long time, great selection of items to go with the breakfast. Room was comfortable and well furnished. It was a 40degree day when we arrived and within a very short time of turning our air con on the room was comfortable. Host were very informative and friendly, great interaction.

It was adequate for the time we stayed.

Did not have it.

To cover the light coming from the aircon. It lit up the whole room. The bed was lumpy and noisy. Every time I rolled over it made a noise. The toilet it too close to the wall- was hitting my legs. The hot water was great. Having been able to take our dog was great.

Very pleasant, managers were gracious, breakfast needs attention, fix the screen door.

We had never to Armidale before, but we were pleasantly surprised, as it was an overnight stay on our way home. Very pleased that it was a pet friendly motel. Amenities we clean and fresh.

Room was very tight, tried to get Wi-Fi, asked managers to fix it, but he couldn't . Our room was the only one without a screen door, so couldn't leave door open, had to have air-con on all night. Continental breakfast was provided, but it was very scarce, no fruit or yogurt were provided.

It was good for the money I spent owner very helpfull I know the town well.

The only thing was the beds were a little to firm for me but room was very well kept.

Thank you for having us to stay. We really appreciated all the positive things I mentioned.

Being offered breakfast, charge for our car, a very comfortable bed, friendly staff, cleanliness.

The shower didn’t work properly. There was no spray just a thin stream of water.

Would stay again!

Exceptionally helpful and friend staff. The bed linen was excellent as too was the cleanliness of the room.

It was not bad but found the bed a little uncomfortable. However the bed linen was exceptionally high quality.

Overall fair value for money. Continental breakfast OK but could be improved by adding a few boiled eggs. Spacious room.

Noisy toilet cistern filling. Could not flush during the night - too noisy for other guests.

We was very grateful to the owners who went above and beyond with our accommodation, we had a problem with the air conditioning and they tried to fix ... with no fault of their own, they offered alternative accommodation and it was very nice and spacious ... I enjoyed the breakfast as well, no pressure with how much we ate (though we did not eat much) ... we would recommend and stay again

A very good continental breakfast is available . I have stayed many times here and was pleased to see the installation of electric charging stations and now pets are welcome to. The staff were cheerful and helpful,

Excellent value for money and staff were so lovelly.

Very clean and towels were amazingly soft!!! Very good price when on a budget. And a quick continental breakfast was included too.

Thanks for having me, I will definitely be back on my next work trip.

Straight off the bat, staff were welcoming and down to earth. The room was really perfect for a solo traveller, it was clean and the bed was comfy! The location was quiet and I slept like a baby. I really appreciated the cutlery and plates/bowls. Honestly the only fault is that the bathroom is quite small but it’s manageable. I loved that they had a power board near the bed as you’d be surprised at how many motels do not have any power points near the bed.

Value for money accommodation and free breakfast.

Location was great for visiting the UNI and town centre. There was no problem in an early check in and Owner/manager had a great attitude and brightened my day after travelling for 5hrs. The hostess for the free continental breakfast was very cheerful and provided a very adequate continental breakfast.
