With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across two floors and 2900 square feet, there is plenty of room to stay with close friends, family, and even colleagues. The layout allows for maximum privacy while still offering a living room, Zen lounge, and the perfect courtyard with a heated pool and hot tub. With a large chef’s kitchen, dining seating for 10+, and breakfast bar seating, the is the perfect place to share a few meals at home.
The Space:
This brand-new home features tall ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, electric fireplaces, blackout curtains, and curated charm throughout. The primary has a soaking tub, double vanity bathroom, and private patio.
● Each bedroom has a Casper mattress, plush down comforter, extra pillows, and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep
● Smart TVs in each bedroom
● Closets in 4/5 bedrooms
● Zen lounge and living room for gathering
● Comfortably sleeps 10
● 4.5 bathrooms with one large soaking tub
● Bluetooth speaker, high-speed internet, and central air conditioning
● Large chef's kitchen complete with high-quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, Nespresso machine, drip coffee, and eclectic cookbooks
● Bath essentials, fresh towels, hair dryer, steamer, iron, and iron board are all provided

The Neighborhood:
The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10-minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city. We are located three blocks from the famous Saint Charles Streetcar which can take you all the way from Audubon Park & Zoo to the French Quarter.
We operate the adjacent house which is a “masculine” version of this one. Perfect if you are traveling with a larger group and want to book adjacent houses.
Getting Around:
The area is walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops, however, taxis and ride shares are also a great way to get around. This home is 2 blocks from the St. Charles historic trolley that can be a fun way of getting around all the way from Audubon Park to the other side of the French Quarter. Should you be traveling with a car, this house has two gated parking spaces and plenty of street parking around the city.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Very beautiful, open floor plan up and down with a cozy pool and outdoor area. This is in a newly gentrified area of NOLA and the home is absolutely perfect for hosting a large group (8-10) folks with each of the upstairs bedrooms having their own bathroom and the two downstairs sharing one.
the Kitchen was well appointed and the table could easily fit our entire party.
Will be staying here again!

This home is spacious, beautiful and in a great location. We had young teens with us, so the pool was a great activity for them to enjoy in between walks around town. Great restaurants nearby as well. The owners were responsive when we had questions and I would definitely consider this property in the future!
