Literally go anywhere else, please read reviews on google and booking.com. Save your money and time.

As basic as possible for that cheap price.

Everything was just a hygiene concern. Walls had stains, bedding and pillows had stains, dead flies and bugs in our rooms. Extremely difficult to get in touch with property owners, there is no front desk, just a person who lives there, they didn’t answer the door till 10 minutes of us knocking. The area is very sketchy and seemed quite dangerous. Outside was an over filled dustbin area. We left after being in the rooms for 10 minute ( there was no AC and the rooms became extremely hot and opening windows meant bunch of bugs would enter) and booked a near by hotel. Could not be happier to leave and stay in a place that didn’t have a weird smell or felt like we were going to get bed bugs. Would totally recommend going to Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly instead.

Disappointing

The bed was very comfy and the staff were polite and friendly.

The tea making facilities were just some t bags. The cups were dirty and there were no spoons. It would be nice to have some milk. They need better curtains because of all the security lights outside. It was a light as day all night and there was one on a motion sensor that went on and off all night. I did not sleep well. The room was very warm so that the windows needed to be open in february, but that let in the traffic noise.

Good place to stay for a few days in Manchester

The place was ok. Nice rooms, easy access, nothing to complain about what we got. Nothing spectacular either.

The rooms are very small and feel crowded.

We couldn't even stand to stay more than 15 mins, stank of urine, dirty floor, dirty bedding, just completely grimey. Book a normal hotel and don't waste your time. They also post fake reviews saying "exceptional" 🤣

Awful

Everything in the room was clearly newly renovated

Almost everything, when we arrived we were left outside in the pouring rain whilst the lady that answered the door looked for our booking, once we got upstairs we had to step over piles of I assume dirty washing (bedding, towels, socks) to get to our room, once in the room there was cardboard boxes of furniture, no chair or anything where the dressing table was, the bathroom had dark hair all over the floor and in the shower along with dust, 100% had not been cleaned that day or probably even that week with the layers of dust that was all over the bathroom, the window above the bed was open so the bedding was wet, no toilet roll in the bathroom, one towel for two people to share. We ended up going to the shop to buy toilet roll and cleaning products to clean the bathroom as we couldn’t find the woman that originally let us in to let her know. We actually looked for somewhere else to stay but the only places available were expensive and we’d already paid almost £90 for this room. Once we got back from our plans the front door was wide open just for anyone to walk in and out, didn’t feel safe at all. We would most definitely never go back.

Just a bed

Location was ok for taxi into centre but nothing nearby

I booked superior room but was very disappointed, just a bed & shower room. There was a kettle but no tea, coffee etc so asked for some was given 2 coffee sachets & sugar to last 2 people for 2 nights stay No television 🙈

チェックインの時間前に行き今からチェックインしたいのなら追加で料金が発生するらしく、チェックインの時間まで待機。時間になって再度行ってみると予約したはずなのに予約が急遽キャンセルになったと言われ、そのまま別の宿を探すことになった。

JOKE - last minute cancellation, worst service ever

Service, place, everything They just got cancelled on us on the very day we were supposed to check in just because of. leaking. Besides what was the worst is they offered another place claiming that there is a tv and fridge there, which is 3 hours far from the city. That was a real joke. And their way of taking on the phone when we called them was so off putting and not even helpful at all.

Unorganised, double booked me and cost me £45 in Uber fees and a very long night.

The hotel double booked me... this resulted in me turning up at midnight after a night out with my partner with nowhere to stay. The hotel accepted the booking, charged me and sent key collection details but when I turned up the hotel was fully booked. The 'receptionist' was less than helpful. I have received a full refund but nobody wants to be ordering Ubers back over 35 miles home at that time when promised a room. Avoiding OYO at all costs in future. Better off with a different chain if you need something last minute.

Shocking

The property wasn’t even ready in time for our stay, they rang to inform us on the day just after 2pm on our way down to Manchester. Forcing us to get last minute accommodation due to the owners wanting to put us all the way out into Cheshire.

Very unsettling

The owners were sleeping on the floor right outside my door, no more than 3 metres from my bed. Very uncomfortable experience as a solo woman traveller. The toddler also woke me up throughout the night crying. Items of the owners including a used razor were on the side when I checked in which they came in to get so I believe they may use the room I stayed in as their room when not let out.

La chambre était bien propre elle avait l’air comme neuve ! Le lit était confortable et la chambre était bien chauffée.

It was very scary

The host provided an extra bed.

The property wasn’t secure. It was extremely noisy and a lot of people come in and out. The main door was wide open and anyone could enter. I couldn’t sleep cause at times in the night I felt scared cause of the loud constant scary noises.

Room in a house

The room is brand new, so it was very clean (The beds, mattresses, sheets and pillows) the manager Abdul was a kind person.

First things first, it was really hard to find because there isn't a sign in front of the building, also they said in the description that we have a private bathroom, wifi, hot water kettle that they didn't provide us. But maybe this was because we were the first people to book this room it wasn't prepared well yet. Also we didn't feel comfortable because it's a room inside a house, it is not designed like a hotel.
