The hotel is in the side of the services area off Junc 2 M40. There is free parking with the stay . We were given a room near to the stairs on the fist floor. It was quite small but adequate for one nights stay. The shower was good and bed quite comfortable. The Aircone only blew out hot air, The TV was working but many of the channels were not tuned in. This is a budget hotel not a luxury hotel.

Unfortunately the plumbing was extremely loud and I needed to change rooms (which was duly obliged). Room was very basic, no phone so had to go down to report the issue. Beds were uncomfortable.
Location is great; perfect for getting into London.
4.1
Actually a very pleasant one night stay ahead of an early flight from Heathrow - exceptionally good value and really friendly staff.
4.1
clean, comfortable and quiet. for motorway services accommodation you cannot complain, especially for the price. Beaconsfield services has everything and more as far as food and beverage offerings. would highly reccomend
4.1
As described a budget hotel and it was. Comfortable, but the poor score is due to the cleanliness. We booked a family room weeks in advance, when we arrived the kids bed was not made and there was a pubic hair on the pillow. The main bed had sticky red stains on the duvet.
I’m ok with budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority no matter what the price paid.
4.1
Very dated hotel. Non existent WiFi or phone signal throughout.
No USB or charging docks etc.
4.1
Customer service excellent, sorted out the room mix-up swiftly and to my satisfaction.
4.1
It was one night ok for an overnight stay but would struggle eith 2 medium/large suitcases. Shower was tight getting past the door.
4.1
Convenient location. Clean and basic. Tiny rooms
4.1
Convenient stay before picking up from Heathrow
4.1
Convenient and good budget price.

We were unable to sleep because of the noise from nearby rooms and from cars outside. The room was also very small - it felt like being in a prison.
There needs to be more sound proofing in hotels where the rooms are very close together and there are no carpets.
4.1
Great value, good location. Tell people about the free coffee, I only spotted this as I was leaving.

The air conditioning unit was leaking in the toilet and floor was always wet and spilling out onto room floor therefore making the floor very slippery. We had ti use our bath towels to put on the floor to mop up the water.Would not stay there again.
4.1
Hotel was exactly as it was advertised, a good budget option in what was a great stopover location for us.
4.1
Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Right next door to an array of restaurants. Free coffee / tea machine in the lobby for guests. Friendly staff. And a quiet and clean room.

I stayed 1 night it served what i needed

This is a great place to stay as so convenient. Our room was a triple room with a double bed with a single bunk across. Separate small shower room and a separate small toilet room. The one downside was no sink with the toilet as it was part of the main room with bed. Small TV. LED light strip and bed lights which could be controlled while in the bed. One annoying thing was the flicker of the fire smoke alarm which would flash red frequently. Hot drinks machine in corridor which was free for customers and had a choice of coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and teas.
The hotel is part of the services with a range of restaurants, a pub and a lovely fast food court. Small play park behind the restaurants. Electric car chargers and plenty of parking. Convenient location for the Harry Potter studios and for going into London. You can drive to either Beaconsfield or Slough stations to get into London. Would definitely go back again.

Good value

Rooms basic but well equipped and clean. Bed comfortable.

Well, well, well - Ibis is a budget brand anyay so what does an Ibis Budget give you? I tell you what it doesn't give you - carpet! A separate bathroom! Any form of comfort!
The whole room gave me prison cell vibes and although it was so much cheaper than other local options this was a one and done for me.
4.1
Fair priced accommodation

nice place at rest stop.

Basic but clean and a nice welcome.

Ultimately you get what you pay for and this is advertised as ‘budget’ so you can’t expect a fantastic experience, however for £100 a night I wouldn’t class it as a budget price. My biggest gripe was that it was advertised as 25mbps internet, where as it was less than 1mbps. When I queried this I was told it wasn’t true. Also the shower led directly into the room with a poor seal so after the shower the whole room was flooded. There were also only 2 plugs in the room which were no where near the bed which was very inconvenient.
4.1
Free parking, good range of food outlets, easy access to main routes
4.1
We stayed here the night before flying from heathrow as the price including parking beats the hotels by Heathrow by a mile! It is basic hotel but to just put your head down is fine and being on the service’s there are plenty of food options. We have booked again for our next flight from Heathrow later in the year
4.1
Convenient, efficient, no frills, but got a good night’s sleep to get the car returned to Heathrow in the morning.
4.1
The Guy on the desk at evening time was not very friendly and was only grudgingly helpful. Lady in the morning was pleasant.
Window was damaged, but overall was a small room but pleasant enough. Bed was large and comfortable.
4.1
Terrible value for money. Especially compared to other options available. Don’t forget, the VENUE is the carpArk of the m40 services
4.1
Only there to sleep overnight before going to airport. Very basic but all we needed.
4.1
No kettle, very patchy wifi, but the hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and it was as nice as it could be for the price paid. Overall happy with my stay.
4.1
Apart from the lack of a kettle in the room, the ibis budget at beaconsfield was perfect as a stopping point for the night. Great value, clean and a comfy bed
4.1
Ideally positioned near to M40 and other locations close by. Clean, friendly and efficient

The Staff were very helpful and friendly.

on this stay i was very unhappy with it. Myself and daughter stayed for a business night and after along driving day i found the bed was medium to hard. And the centralised shared heating was very cold. Requested another heater but none around so ended up with a thin quilt to share
4.1
Wifi not working in room, when asked reception they said it doesn’t reach that room even though hotel is advertised as free wifi

All went well
