Overall it was pretty good but could be improved.

Well set out unit, warm, water pressure was good, milk, cookies, tea coffee etc, ironing board, all provided, comfortable bed. Overall the unit itself was really good.

Wouldn’t recommend for solo travelers not knowing the city. Had to go to a different location for check-in as no reception at this motel and this wasn’t made clear on booking. There was no way of locking door from the inside and I’d been told staff could remote access if given a few details if key card was misplaced. I don’t recall if there was a wide angle door viewer either. The water took a very long time to run hot, though was good once it did, and it was quite noisy from traffic and from the upstairs unit.

Value for money

Very neat and new, good location

Bottom rooms are not ideal. At 2 am, I woke up as the person staying in the room above was walking around and u could hear that. Was disturbing. The keys had to be picked up from another location

Modernes Appartment

Die Zimmer sind modern und wirken wie neu. Alles war ordentlich, sauber und gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Parkplätze standen genügend zur Verfügung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin

Außerhalb der Stadt an einer lauten, verkehrsreichen Straße. Check-In erfolgte an einem anderen Hotel, zu dem wir erst fahren mussten, weil lediglich ein Zettel an der Tür hing.

Would definitely recommend

Obviously pretty new so was sparkling clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. Plenty of power plugs. Great off street parking - undercover which was great because the weather wasn't. Very quiet even though on a main road. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a bit strange having to go to another motel to check in. If I was being picky, the only thing missing from the room that would have been handy is a full length mirror in the bedroom so when someone was in the shower it would be easier to do hair and makeup but this is just a very minor thing.

Wonderful stay

Great new motel, well appointed & very well located very close to the centre of Hamilton. Easy walking distance to the FMG rugby stadium. Great stay.

Inconsiderate road-workers who use the street to park their trucks, made heaps of noise & felt it necessary to keep their flashing lights on all night despite only parking their vehicles there. Not the motel owners fault.

Lovely place

Very clean and everything was nice and new. Check in and out was easy enough with having to pick key up from another site, wasn't an issue for us.

Super noisy road that didn't stop all night.

The best!

My child and I stayed here for one night. I was absolutely delighted with the room! It was fresh, clean, modern. The bed was quite big (maybe a king?) So that was fantastic for sharing. We both had a great sleep, undisturbed. Picking up the key was easy, the receptionist was lovely and we received a decent sized milk. Wifi was fast and no fuss to connect to. Good T.V. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. So clean!! Felt like we were the first to stay there! All in all It was the best and most affordable hotel I've stayed at in a long time and wished we had another night.

Clean, noisy, not client friendly

Could hear other guests upstairs (very noisy), fridge kept moving every time you open the door & had to move the waste bin, nowhere to set anything in bathroom (not very practicable), no tissues or bottled water in room. Very busy road. Given a disabled room which we did not need! No one on site to help at arrival. For the cost of this motel, having to travel 3-4kms each way to book in at another motel is ridiculous. Hard enough to find.

Excellent Stay!!!

Best accommodation we had on our 2 week holiday. The unit/room was a very generous size making it an extremely comfortable stay. The cooking facilities were wonderful, the bed was had just the right firmness and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent and it had excellent security. Will definitely stay there next time we are in Hamilton.

Virtually brand new accommodation at a reasonable price.

Nice clean obviously new establishment. Plenty of off-street parking.

I am a poor sleeper and our room was on the side of the building next to a fairly busy road so the early morning traffic woke me up. Although smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the stair well and/or corridor as I smelt it as soon as I started to climb the stairs.

Good sized room. Comfortable and pristine clean. Handy to shopping.

I couldn't find any TV channels.... probably me! Just needed an iron, know for next time.

Comfortable and safe.

The unit was spotless, it appeared as if we were the first guests to use the room. It was very quiet, no road noise or noise from next door rooms.
