Did not stay. Paid for another place on the island.

The location was ok. Would have preferred it closer to the ocean.

Had issues getting the keys. Our confirmation was for a check in of 3:00 pm. I called and was told the check in was at 5:00 pm due to the person meeting us had a job and could not meet us until after work. They made an exception and got someone else to get us the key at 3:00 pm. When we got inside, the place smelled moldy and there was a big (looked like a giant cockroach) bug in the toilet someone had killed and thrown in there. We left to go get dinner and came back to find a few other bugs. After much consideration and thought, we decided we could not stay, so we left. I texted Russell and let him know. I also told him I should not have to pay for the cleaning fee, since we did not stay there. He basically told me there was not a problem with the island bugs and the place would have been better if they did not have to accommodate me to get in earlier than 5:00 pm.
