Indigo River is a large, spacious ground floor apartment located in the historic town of Alnwick. Individually designed, this recently renovated apartment has stylish interiors with style and flair in abundance. Perfect for retreats with family and friends, you’ll have plenty of attractions to discover nearby, plus a whole host of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy just a 2-minute walk away.
The Space:
You’ll have full access to the apartment during your stay which also includes a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and an outdoor sitting area. Indigo River sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. Ideal for family staycations and getaways with friends, it is the perfect base to explore the area.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into the living room. With striking blue walls and wooded flooring, this space oozes in class and luxury. The living room is the ultimate relaxing spot to unwind. Every care has been taken to ensure you have the most calming of stays, so the space also benefits from a large flat screen TV, plus two comfortable sofas.
Head to the kitchen and you’ll find a sleek space. Light grey cabinets complement blue walls creating a great modern feel within the space. Fully equipped, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Sharing the space is the dining area which features a large marble topped table with seating for up to four guests.
Head along the hallway and you’ll find the bathroom. This space includes a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Take a few steps along the hallway again, and you’ll find two bedrooms. With spotlights and bold colour schemes, the rooms have an incredible feel. The master bedroom boasts a statement double bed, a dressing table and two bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom features two single beds, hanging space and a relaxing chair. In keeping with the style of the rest of the apartment, you can expect beautiful interiors in both bedrooms.
Indigo River also boasts a small patio area with an outdoor seating area which includes a table and chairs.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Indigo River are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.

The X18 route travels between Newcastle and Berwick upon Tweed with stops in Morpeth, Amble and Seahouses.
