The house was just as the pictures and description provided. We had a group of 19 of us ranging in age from 11-80. The house had a great set up with games and activities in the house. Although the pond behind the house had some algae, some of us went out on the kayaks and it could be a good fishing pond. There is a swimming pond that you have access to about 1/2 mile away that is easy to walk to. The house is a great location near grocery stores and tourist sites but there is truly no reason to leave the house with all the games and activities in yhe house. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Stephanie was very responsive for any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this house for a large group.

We stayed here for a tournament in the area and were very pleased with our stay. The host responded quickly to our questions prior to the stay. The house had everything you would need and was very clean. There was lots of space for everyone. We will be staying here again the next time we play in the area.

My family and my sister's family were in for a funeral and wanted a nice size house to have us all together while in town. This house was perfect for our group. The house is extremely deceiving when you pull into the driveway as it is so much bigger once you are inside the house. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and room to spread out in the house. House was very clean and had all of the extras that we appreciated as we own four VRBO vacation rentals ourselves. The basement games were a hit too! Communicaton was great by the host and she was very quick to respond to any questions. Being winter we didn't get to relax outside, but looks like a nice spot to do so. Thank you for providing a spot for our families to get together and spend time during this tough time. Don't hesitate to book this house as you will not be disappointed!

We decided to have our family Christmas here so that there was room for everyone. With grandparents, my brother and sister and their families we had 8 adults and 8 kids. There was plenty of room, beds, and the game room and theater was enjoyed by all. Stephanie did a great job communicating and responding! We would definitely come back!

Stephanie is a great hostess and has thought of everything. Our family had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated, large, fully equipped home. The rooms were spacious, beds so very comfortable, lots of places to spread out and enjoy group times or alone times. Kitchen has plenty of flatware, plates, knives, cooking sheets, pots & pans, spice cabinet -I mean to say it is nice!! The waterfront and neighborhood is peaceful, safe and very pretty. So many activities ready to use for any size group. We couldn’t try them all, but did enjoy the gas powered fire pit, big tv’s and massage chairs. Loved the very large dining room round table and deck. Stephanie was on top of things and responded immediately to any concerns we had. Like I said, she has thought of everything and made us feel welcome. Wonderful host!

This property had EVERYTHING we needed to not feel like we had to find other things to do! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities provided! It's a bit pricy for a couples getaway. And, really, with the amount of space and things to do, a but wasted for a couple. But we cant WAIT to bring friends back with us. There is plenty of room for both togetherness and to find seperate spaces when alone time is needed! Fall is a beautiful time to visit the area and the owners were SO easy to work/communicate with for our (very minor) questions. All in all, this is a great gem that woild be great for a friend-cation or extended family getaway (or a firls weekend, ladies!!)
