A super anniversary get-away! Our entire stay was enhanced by the mountain setting and comfortable accommodations. The house is large with two decks and nice porch entrance. The bedrooms are large and having two full bathrooms (one with jetted tub) and another half bath were very nice. Other things we enjoyed were a well-equipped kitchen, nice dining area, comfortable leather couches, gas fireplace, a large laundry room and 2 car garage. The homes around are spaced far apart so you can the privacy of this beautiful home.
We loved seeing 4 deer right outside the master bedroom one morning, and we also saw many elk in nearby RMNP. Grand Lake offered lots of fun things-nice restaurants, a boat tour on Grand Lake, the history museum, hiking and a wonderful performance of Music Man at the Grand Lake Theatre. Love the town and loved this home to stay in!

We loved this house from the moment we walked in the door. Very nice and roomy for our family of 6. Located In more of a private area, with lots of room to explore in backyard. Enjoy the wooden rocker out the covered back porch while enjoying the cool weather and afternoon rain!! Would highly recommend and will book again on our next visit back to Grand county!

My family had a wonderful weekend in this very spacious and beautiful home.
We were six adults and our 3 year old granddaughter. The kitchen is well equipped with All Clad pots and pans , and plenty of any kitchen tool to make imaginable to cook your meals . The living room has two comfortable reclining sofas and a large screen television. Outdoor deck with lots of eating space. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood ,easy drive to Grand Lake or Rocky Mountain National Park . I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon.

The place a great, clean ...... nice location...... little aged but well maintained.
Vacasa should rectify the address of house. we wasted an hour locating it.

Loved this home and the surrounding area! Private, off the highway, but still close to town. It was a little difficult to find based on the instructions given, but it may have just been our GPS. My family and I all said that this has been our favorite home away from home out of all of the times we have been to RMNP, and we have stayed in well over 10!

Beautiful property in very quiet spacious neighborhood. The house was well equipped and nicely furnished and decorated, and the two story design provided alot of space.
The property was close to both Grand Lake and Granby as well as the park. Enjoyed the stars from the deck at night. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house and in Grand Lake! The house on the inside was exactly what we had expected and perfect for our family. We panicked when we arrived because we did not realize there was no AC, but even at the end of July, it was no big deal and was never hot. We had a couple of questions for the property managers, and they were answered right away. The house is in a great location to travel to either Grand Lake or Lake Granby, and we would definitely stay here again!
The only downfall if there was one was that the back yard was not as spacious or private as we had hoped, but we were so busy, we did not spend time back there anyway.

Great choice for a fun family weekend where three generations were happy to call it home for their stay.

Enjoyed as mid size home with plenty of bedrooms and baths for our party of 6. We felt the property needed updating particularly in kitchen.

Property was great, everything was clean and well organized. Had all the amenities that we needed, had all the cook ware to enjoy all our meals. Some gorgeous views of the mountains in the distance and the back yard had the perfect tree silhouette at sunset. We enjoyed having the fireplace to warm the house up in the morning and loved the jacuzzi in the master bathroom, helped relax the muscles after a long day hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Such a great location in a very quiet neighborhood, and just a few minutes away from the local grocery store and downtown. Also just a few minutes from hiking trails and RMNP.

Nice location. Description of home accurate. Stocked pretty well except for hand towels and kitchen towels.. Needed better cleaning.

My family of five really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious enough for us all to spread out and also had enough seating for everyone to come together. The house offered everything we needed. The linens were nice, everything was clean and in good condition. I would love to stay here again.

Great house for 9 of us. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. The hostess was very accommodable! We will definitely stay here again.

The overall cleanliness of the house was good. However the bathrooms did not have hand soap and only a 2 towels. The dryer was loaded with damp towels that smelled of mildew. Master bedroom has a lightbulb that was flashing and needs replaced. The owner may need to speak wit the cleaners to have these items addressed.

Really enjoyed this cabin, so many windows and saw a huge family of elk in the back one night. Kitchen was well-stocked, although it would have been helpful to have had more dish towels, a drying rack, and a metal strainer/colander. Just an fyi since we stayed here with 2 other families with toddlers: be aware that some of the lower drawers in the kitchen had sharp marshmallow roasting skewers and miscellaneous screws and lightbulbs (we just bagged it and put it on top of the fridge during out stay). Also, the beds have these logs on the side that make getting off of them a bit tricky for small children, and the double-sided fireplace in the master gets hot and lets in a lot of light, in case your kid needs a dark room. The hosts specifically state it's not babyproofed, so we don't hold any of this against them, but things to watch out for if you are visiting with littles too!

We arrive super late in the night, check in was super easy! The house was spotless and provided soo much room for our family of 5. My daughters (ages 10,11,13) loved having the upstairs to themselves. The cabin is perfectly located with RMNP close and then Granby close for groceries and dinner. Great amenities and would love to stay again!

This property is beautiful! We loved the use of the garage, along with the covered porches. We didn't get to either of them much however had a our stay been longer, we definitely would have enjoyed being able to grill on the back porch and have an outdoor meal in a beautiful setting. The house is big, and has great features and furniture was comfortable.
My only complaint would be that the log be in the bed, although beautiful not practical. My husband and I both hit our heads during the night on the log by the pillows, and the long along the edge of the bed is uncomfortable to sleep by and makes it impossible to sit on the bed. They do have a big log bench at the foot of the bed, but that is the only spot that we could put our suitcase out and keep it out. We didn't want to fully unpack it as we only stayed 2 days. Also the mattress itself was very uncomfortable.
Other than that, this property is amazing!

Really enjoyed our trip and stay on the Grand Lake side of RMNP. This place was a super location. Very close to Grand Lake and easy access to RMNP. This sides entry gate isn't near as crowded. The house was really nice and lots of space for us to spread-out. The description was spot on. You can see other houses and its not a remote location but if felt cozy and private, we had wildlife in the back and a short walk around we saw other wildlife - a red fox one day and Cow Elk and Calf another morning. Owners where very helpful and communication was great.

This house was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood - it had everything we needed for a nice getaway, and the location was so close to all three lakes. Lots of light, nice sleeping accommodations, and the fire pit was a huge plus!

This was the perfect home to rent for our family trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only minutes away from Grand Lake and the park! It was beautiful, comfortable, and just what we needed!

Beautiful property and easy instructions.

Great and spacious house. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Check in and check out process really easy.
My only feedback is that one of the bedrooms is listed to have a queen but the bed is a full size. Not an issue for us but if we had more people that needed to share a bed it would have been tight.
Would def return here!

We went up for a few days of spring break and really enjoyed the stay. The property was really nice. We all had a great time. I wouldn’t mind going back in the summer to enjoy the lake.

This house was amazing! The location was great, not too far of a drive to Grandby or Winter Park. The house was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable! It was also very clean! The next time we find ourselves in Grand County I will definitely book again! Bonus, my boys 4 & 7 were so excited about the board games and puzzles!
