Great convenient stay and communication with the owner. The neighborhood has homeless junkies sleeping on the street throughout the block. That’s a Denver issue. My only complaint about this rental.

We rented this unit because of its proximity to Coors Field and the Billy Joel concert we were going there to see. It took us less than ten minutes to walk to Coors from the unit, and everything in the unit was as advertised. There is a fairly large homeless population around this area, which may or may not be temporary, but we didn't have any issues with anyone and never felt threatened or unsafe. There is off-street, secure parking, which put our minds at ease when it came time to leave our car and walk to our concert.

This downtown condo was a great place to get away in the city. Close to the train station, walkable, super convenient to just about everything. Next time I’m in Denver, I’ll definitely plan to stay here.

The location was great for us as a hub. We traveled north, west and south all at about an hour drive. Excellent loft.
A few things to know, but didn’t really bother us. Homeless community across the street that was not a bother, just to be aware. There are more than enough cameras/ring around to deter any anything bad happening.
And good luck not going to The Lobby, especially as you smell them brew coffee and start prep in the morning. Delicious and bottomless mimosas will have you taking a quick nap before going back out to explore the Denver area!

We enjoyed staying in this property for the weekend. There is so much to walk to from here and The Lobby restaurant in same the courtyard was so convenient! The mattress is comfy. The living room is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals. We are considering a future stay here again already.

The loft is in a great location, quietly located not far from Coors field. The football and basketball stadia are further but still walkable with plenty of buses as an option as well. The unit has an upstairs BR/BA, mid-level kitchen and dining area, and downstairs auxilliary bedroom. This was perfect for me as a single traveler but would be great for a couple or small family

The unit was clean and tidy upon arrival. The host had great communication with us and facilitated our needs. Unit is in a great location with many attractions close by. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay here anytime!!!

This property was in a great location, close enough to all of the LoDo attractions and sports facilities. It's not spacious but has everything you might need.

I really enjoyed staying at Shino's loft apartment. The entire place was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the nice desk and external monitor, I was able to get a little bit of work done in the evenings. It was an easy walk to my office and Union Station for my train ride to and from the airport. I will definitely stay here again.
