Beautiful and clean place!

We only stayed for one night, so we didn't get to enjoy everything this riad has to offer, but it was a beautiful place! The food was really good, beautiful clean large room, and the outdoor pool area looked great. The staff was super friendly and they made us a to-go breakfast since our flight was very early and it was very tasty to eat in the airport. :)

Increible, el mejor Riad de Marrakech.

Alojamiento increible a pocos quilometos del aeropuerto y de la Medina, destacar toda la ayuda que me proporcionó Ahmed desde el primer momento prestamdome dirhams nada mas llegar para poder ir a la ciudad y poder hacer allí el cambio de divisas. Gran servicio de Aissam siempre dispuesto a ayudar a cualquier hora, incluso por la noche. Tambien quiero destacar el servicio de las chicas de limpieza y cocina que estuvieron atentas a cualquier necesidad. Un alojamiento increible en Marrakech.

Un havre de paix dans une ville en pleine effervescence que nous aimons beaucoup

Nous avons tout aimé, le p’tit déjeuner maison et copieux avec tout ce que nous voulions en supplément, la literie confortable, le calme tout en étant non loin du centre de Guiliz, de la place et de l’aéroport (10/15mns en voiture) et on peut se déplacer à très bon prix. L’équipe très réactive composée de Ahmed et Aissam qui sont des personnes charmantes et bien entendu le Riad décoré avec goût qui possède une grande piscine et non une goutte d’eau comme usuellement.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Personal ist mega freundlich. Der Empfang von Ahmed war sehr herzlich und wir wurden mit Tee und Kuchen begrüsst. Er hat und sogar noch das Restaurant nebenan gezeigt. Vielen Dank!

Good value for money. Really enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed staying in Riad Azia. Their staff is so welcoming and well prepared and made our holiday relaxing. Issam and Ahmed always talked with us and asked how we are. They also shared a lot of valuable info on how to navigate Marrakech as a first timer to have only good experiences Rooms are really clean, they have plenty of space. The riad is well decorated and you have many places inside to eat and rest that make you feel the Mareakech vibe. We had a great breakfast included and also free shuttle from the airport.

Magnifique séjour

Franchement j'étais étonnée par l'accueil du personnels , très sympas à l'écoute et ils nous propose leurs aides , leurs services. Un riad typique agréable. C'est magnifique.

Une seule chose que j'aimerais mieux mettre en place ce l'éclairage extérieur la nuit.

Heerlijk genoten!

Aissam and soulaimane Stonden dag en nacht voor ons klaar. Super hartelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Heerlijk ontbijt, rustig gelegen en op korte afstand van het drukke centrum. Een aanrader!

Excellent Riad, free shuttle to and from the airport and into the centre of town. Cant fault it.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. Mohamed the shuttle driver went out of his way to help us when we were unable to unlock our rental car which contained all of our luggage just a couple of hours before we were due to fly home. Unable to get through to Europcar on the phone,, he took me to the airport to get assistance from the Europcar office, then to the maintenance depot, then back to the airport again and finally back to the Riad with a Europcar mechanic in tow. Unable to fix the problem, the mechanic ended up breaking into the car after which the car started first time and the remote control miraculously started working again! Without Mohamed's help we would definitely have missed our flight. Thank You. for your help.

Missing the excellent breakfast that was provided due to the problems with our rental car. I cant really fault the Riad staff for that!

Exellenter Service in traditionellem Ambiente

Dies war mein erster Urlaub außerhalb von Europa und ich habe mich im Riad Azia sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Flughafen und Altstadt, so dass ich von dort aus jeden Tag meine Touren komfortabel starten konnte. Für nur ein paar Euro wurde ich jeden Tag in die Stadt gefahren und wieder abgeholt - egal ob morgens um 7:30 oder abends um 22 Uhr. Besonders loben muss ich meinen Gastgeber Karim: Super hilfreich, voller wertvoller Tipps und dabei immer absolut freundlich. Durch ihn habe ich sicherlich einiges an Geld in den Souks und für Aktivitäten gespart. Der Mann könnte absolut als Consierge in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel arbeiten 😄 Ich habe von ihm sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen! Das Riad ist für Sommermonate/heiße Temperaturen gebaut. Ich war im Januar in Marrakesch und trotz Temperaturen von ca. 27° um die Mittagszeit, war das Riad immer sehr kühl. Perfekt zum Schlafen, aber lange Kleidung war ein Muss. Im Sommer sicherlich eine wohlsame Erholung.

The staff are incredible and welcoming.

Staying at Riad Rim is a reminder that hospitality comes down to the warmth of human connection. Everyone made me feel very welcome and no request was too much trouble. After a week of travelling through the country, staying here for two days made the last days of my trip absolute bliss.

A solid 10/10 will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Great staff and a beautiful hotel.

Staff- I travel a lot, around 33 country’s this year and this has got to be the friendliest bunch of hotel staff I’ve met. Nothing was too much. They picked me up from the airport for free and then dropped me off into town for free. Made my breakfast whenever I wanted and also gave me great advice on what to do for the day.

Nothing, everything was pretty perfect, nice double bed with decent quality bedding. Nice hot powerful shower (that’s a winner for me)

Riad para repetir.

Todo. Ya es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y sin duda volveremos a repetir. La limpieza, la distribución, todo el mobiliario nuevo. Destacar el buen trato de todo el personal y especialmente de Karim. Y las habitaciones… son para descubrirlas por ti mismo. La ubicación genial porque no hay tráfico ni nada para llegar a la medina.

Un riad de ensueño, todo espectacular. Desde el desayuno hasta las habitaciones que están muy nuevas y por supuesto el personal, Karim nos ayudó en todo momento y nos sentimos súper cómodos….sin duda repetiremos!!!

this riad is worth recommending if you are looking for a relaxing and wonderful time in Morocco!

Me and my friends have all had an incredible night staying at Riad Kenza. It is our first time in Morocco. Thanks to the advice and recommendations all staff has given to us, we managed to enjoy our day trip. The view of this riad is phenomenon with nice-looking pool and styled furniture. I found it really cozy. The manager also showed us around the views from the rooftop, all the tropical plants looked lovely.
