The day before my moving in I received an email that the sitting room and the kitchen as advertised is no longer accessible.I felt cheated. How could one stay for 4 days at a property without access to kitchen. My room was smelling cigarettes and it was disgusting for me as I’m a non smoker.

Close to city centre
Bad area. Bad communication. No key left after check in. Bedroom door unable to be locked from inside. Small. Unprofessional.

The bed is okay, the room is spacious and it seemed clean.
The posting says it has family rooms but at check in they let you know that they actually don't, so you're confined to your room. That's false advertising.
There's a cat loose in the house that roams and runs around at 1-2 am, there's cat hair everywhere.
There's only one toilet and shower for 6-7 rooms.
They're zero flexible with check in and out, as if they're not already stealing 2 hours from you by asking to check out at 10.
In general is an ok stay but of you can spend a bit more please do.

NO BREAKFAST IN THE ACCOMADATION
NO KITCHEN IN THE PROPERTY
NO BREAKFAST, CARPETS DIRTY AND OLD, NO FACILITY FOR COOKING , THE KETTLE IN THE ROOM HAS NO WATER, IF YOU WANT WATER YOU GIVE THE KETTLE TO SOMEONE IN THE HOUSE, AND HE GIVES YOU WATER, NOT KNOWING WHERE THE WATER IS FROM, EITHER TAP OR WHAT, SO I HAD TO BUY MY OWN WATER .ONE BATHROOM ANDS TOILET FOR 7 ROOMS IN THE HOUSE, NOT ACCEPTABLE. SHOWER IS HORRIBLE, NO ENOUGH ENERGY OR FORCE FROM THE SHOWER. MOULD IN THE WALLS AND CIELING. THE TOWELS ARE OLD AND DIRTY, HOW CAN YOU USE GREY TOWELS? TO HIDE DIRT OR WHAT. I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE

First of all, this accomodation is very basic, but for someone like me, who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a room I basically only use for sleeping, this place is perfect. It does not cost that much more than a bunk bed in hostel dorm would cost and the standards there aren't much better. The room was basic and showed a good few signs of wear, but the bed was clean, warm and comfy, the door had a lock and wifi worked really well. I liked the self check in and that there was a - very clean - kettle in the room, free coffee and tea and a towel. There was even a desk in the room, for me it was perfect. Shower and toilet were clean and the staff helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
There was nothing where I'd say I really didn't like it, but a few things that could be improved or other guests should be aware of. The toilet was tiny, if you're claustrophobic or very overweight, you may struggle (I don't know if there was another toilet, you may want to inquire first if you think you may struggle - honestly, it's maybe one square metre or so.) While there was free tea, there was no milk or milk powder and the coffee was a 3-in-1 instant drink. If you have to have milk or prefer your coffee black, you may want to bring your own. The room was quite cold, even with the heating on, bring warm PJs if you're travelling in winter (the bed was lovely and warm though, and there was an extra blanket). When I clicked "get directions" it took me to no. 35, however the house is no. 33. It was quite dark and I struggled to find house numbers. A sign would be helpful. As would better light at the door as it was almost impossible to see if you entered the right code (make sure your smartphone has a torch). Use the upper lock to try and open the door, it's the small key. :-) All in all it's a good budget accomodation if your expectations are not too high. Definitely worth the money.
