Thanks to owners for making the house feel like home. We spent a week with adult children and grandchild and dog; all had a great time. For people who eat at the house and cook, the accommodations were perfect. Best stocked condo with everything one cold need to cook, to serve and to live comfortably. Hot tub added plus! Loved ability to walk to little market and to beach club where dogs can swim till 10am. Lots of towels, paper products, extra blankets. Even great toys, books and puzzles.
Two negatives on which others had commented: the carpeting is severely stained in bedrooms and absolutely needs to be replaced. Also the full mattresses in bunk bed room is way too thin and forced our people on to living room couch. Also needs to be replaced.
Check in instructions from realtors did not address how to handle bear wires and we needed to contact them via emergency line at 10pm when we arrived. Also, check out instructions are inconsistent between posting at the house and the last day email from the agency.

We had a small group of girlfriends stay for a long weekend. Cabin was perfect for what we needed, kitchen was pretty equipped for when we wanted to cook and there were a few tasty restaurants in walking distance. Just a few minutes drive away from downtown Tahoe City and other beach access/park. I would say the beach access listed is pretty sparse, ideal for kayaking/SUP access but not really for sitting/enjoying the lake. House was very clean and nice. Queen/king beds definitely nicer than the bunks but that's kind of to be expected. One of the top bunks is pretty difficult to get in/out of if all 4 bunks are being used but we made it work.

We ended up here after a last minute cancellation at another VRBO. Super cozy cabin….bed was super comfortable, nice wood burning fireplace. The kitchen had nice cookware & everything we needed There were only two of us but great set up for family, couples or 2 families. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this home in Tahoe City. Our group had 4 adults and 1 dog. The short and pleasant stroll to the lakeside association with keys from the house was a morning ritual for us. We also enjoyed several meals from the walking distance General Market and Fire Sign Cafe. The home is comfortable and our dog enjoyed the fenced in outdoor patio. The upstairs rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) are all A framed, so required some ducking from our tall crew, including when in shower. A few upgrades would be nice such as deck chairs -- many were broken --, kitchen cabinets are a little difficult to open/close, and patio screen door. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families or friend groups.

Perfect location to enjoy walk to our favorite breakfast spot (Fire Sign), lunch/dinner at Sunnyside and beach while short ride to everything else you want. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck under the trees. We plan to return for future trips.

Cosy and well equipped nice house in the woods. Well located, close to Tahoe city center, and ski resorts.

I would have to say the location is great. The private beach and association garden is wonderful and very nearby. The bedrooms are small though. If you have multiple couples in your party I would stay away from this one. The master bedroom is large and comfy but others are a real hassle. Kids bedroom is ok size wise. . Overall for a single couple family stay, a pretty good place.

House is as listed. Overall fine but just kind of dusty and spider webs. Lacking hand towels and washcloths with the half bath having no towels. Obviously this is rented a lot and used hard. Hot tub was great to have and clean. BBQ worked well. Upstairs bedroom and bath have very low ceilings so if you are tall you will be hitting your head. For a group that is more interested in location than the condition of the house this is great. Walking distance to beach, West Shore Market and bike rental. Location is perfect.

House was a great for us just was a little bummed at the terrible stains on the carpet as well as the upper bunk beds being held up by cardboard box material. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Stayed with 2 families of 4. Nice that everyone
has their own space. Deck is nice and big and private beach access was wonderful to have. Carpets were stained and house had a little bit of a pet urine smell. Overall worked well for us and our group.

We loved our stay with our six Girl Scouts that have been a troop since kindergarten and are now heading off to college. Our girls enjoyed the hot tub, the dorm style bunk beds, the cozy couches and the games. The kitchen space was just fine for us leaders to cook meals. The beach, store and restaurant were super close. Thank you for a great stay!
