This fantastic property is only a few steps from the most beautiful sandy beach in Punta Mita. With breathtaking views of Litibu Bay and Careyeros Mountain, this property is the perfect synergy of Mexican beach lifestyle with modern design finishes. The property features 6 deluxe, private bedroom suites, each with ensuite bathrooms, 2 additional bathrooms, an entertainment room complete with AppleTV and wireless SONOS music system, theater room, a fitness room with equipment, separate staff quarters, two interior courtyards and expansive pool terrace within the walls of a secure, gated compound overlooking lush tropical gardens on over an acre of serene privacy, mere steps to the deluxe Kupuri Punta Mita Beach Club. The gourmet kitchen and bar area contain 2 full refrigerators, a wine cooler, a bar fridge, dishwasher, and ice machine. The entire house also has a state-of-the-art double UV filter system, providing safe and clean drinkable water from every faucet. Situated approximately 50 feel above sea level, the vantage point allows for lovely sea breezes and spectacular daytime views across the bay, perfect for enjoying your private pool, relaxing, and whale watching. For additional entertainment, the house has a bocce court, ping pong table, pool table, shuffleboard table, heated pool, jetted hot tub, and outdoor fire pit. It also comes with a full-time staff of five, including a butler, a housekeeper, a cook, maintenance manager and groundskeeper, plus a property manager and concierge, allowing you to relax and truly enjoy all that Punta Mita has to offer.

Outside the gates of the resort, Punta de Mita town and El Anclote beach are just a few minutes drive by golf cart. By car, there is much to explore, from San Pancho and Sayulita, to Puerto Vallarta and the rest of the Nayarit coastline.
