Amazing! And we didn’t even discover half of it, because my daughter just wanted to be in the pool.
We should have just stayed and enjoyed the farm. Instead we ventured out to do other things, and it was a 20 minute drive minimum to get anywhere.

Family bungalow was basic but a great size and had a nice porch for watching the hummingbirds. Everything was very clean, staff was wonderful. The food and atmosphere of the restaurant are amazing. The kids loved the pool. Definitely go on the farm tour -- we learned so much. Massage was nice and reasonably priced too. Stayed two nights but wish we had stayed longer.

incredible location. We stayed in the delightful domo and we had one of the most amazing experiences, one with nature. We fell asleep and woke up with the sound of nature. The breakfast and dinner meals were also outstanding, with the large majority of ingredients sourced by their own farmland. beautiful pool and jacuzzi to refresh after a long day walking in the jungle. highly recommended!

Staff were super friendly and made our stay. The food was also exceptional! 👌🏼
Would of liked a chest of drawers in the room for clothes but other than that amazing stay

The property is amazing, we saw more animals onside then offside! Also the staff was very friendly and helpfull.
It is more then a 30 minute ride to La Fortuna. If you have a car that would be no problem. We didn’t have a car so every time we wanted to go to La Fortuna it was around 60 dollars (both ways).

The food was some of the best we had in Costa Rica - so fresh! Beautiful folliage everywhere, lovely restaurant and poil area

Beautiful Finca, great food and super friendly and capable staff. Nature here is amazing and the whole Finca is beautifully setup and maintained.

The people were all great! We did the milk tour, and Tomas was wonderful. We went for a walk to the bamboo tower, and Scott was informative about the local plants.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.. the local fruits and food were great.
My bed wasn't comfortable... I could feel the springs on the mattress.

The staff was very friendly and understanding
I didn’t receive the room I had booked and it wasn’t what I expected. The room was not serviced when we got back and there was a cockroach on the room and a water leakage in the room.

The food here is amazing, all grown or produced on site or locally. The pool was so refreshing. The folliage and landscaping is gorgeous. Catherine, Stephen and Byron were all kind and helpful.
The jacuzzi doesn't get very hot, but it was summer so we didn't mind. Also, be careful not to go hiking too late in the afternoon because it gets dark faster in the forest and the grounds are so fast with various trails that it's easy to get lost.

We stayed at Finca Nueva for 2 days. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!
ROOM: Apparently we booked the best room (the Dome) that I highly recommend. It wasn’t more expensive than other rooms. It’s basically a huge bungalow with its own secluded garden. The room was huge and the interior was very unique. Very clean and cozy. There was a little kitchenette outside the bungalow with a tea pot/coffee maker/fridge with complimentary home brewed kombucha and homemade herbal tea.
PROPERTY: this was what amazed as the most. This eco-friendly hotel is located on a few acres of rainforest. Their property included: a farm and a garden where they grow veggies, herbs, fruits, cocoa beans, tea, coffee, ginger, vanilla beans and DOZENS of other species if plants and beautiful flowers, a bamboo tower, a pool and a few MILES of trails through the rainforest that are perfectly maintained. They also offer tours like chocolate, coffee, animals/birds-watching tour that are highly rated but unfortunately they were fully booked so we couldn’t go. Also, they had an amazing yoga pavilion right next to our bungalow that we used a lot. During our stay we saw a sloth, agouties, toucans, parrots on the property.
FOOD: Farm to table. They don’t have a set menu. Every day they decide what seasonal food they’ll serve based on what’s growing on their farm. They also prioritize buying from local farmers. Literally everything is homegrown, homemade and tastes delicious: bread, milk, kefir, butter, tea, chocolate…
During our stay both breakfast and dinner were buffet style. Most delicious and healthy meals we’ve had in Costa Rica!
However, if you want to drive to the volcano and the lake, keep in mind it’s about 1hr drive from this lodge.

The view was amazing! i loved being woken up by the animals in the jungle forest. it was so different. it looks exactly like the pictures on their website. I love the fact they have the natural remedies of herbs. beautiful bar and people who work there.
Well it’s to be expected but the lights are only surrounding around the lodges not the walkways. and also there isn’t any phones in the lodges. those were the only things that stood out.

The farm to table meals were delicious. We loved the cacao tour, farm tour, and rainforest night walk on-site. I also had an incredible massage at the spa. The deluxe casita was perfect and all the staff were so friendly! An amazing property that we will certainly return to and tell all our friends about!!!!

The food was amazing- super fresh fruits and veggies. The location was great too, off the beaten path and in a very serene spot in the rain forest.
We wished we had stayed a few more days.

Quiet, yet close enough to drive to the Volcano and all the attractions.
Wonderful room in the Dome Suite with excellent food and bar to enjoy the sound of the jungle.
Really great to have walks through the jungle on paths as well
The additional charge for booking the attractions through the hotel was a little steep, but the attraction recommendations were excellent

Nothing - will stay there again

We really enjoyed the overall area, with lots of animals around, well-paved walk ways and quiet ambient. Staff was very supporting and friendly. The room was amazingly big and clean. I had a massage - simply the best - Ale knows what she does and it was relaxing and a nice get away.
The pool was not entirely clean, neither was the whirlpool (lots of dirt at the jets). We wished for some more selection at the dinner buffet (which was at 25 USD).

The ranch is just beautiful!
We stayed in casita 10 which was nice but all of the other rooms has a better view than ours!
The environment is incredible, so many plants, trees and animals! The hiking trails are worth exploring and wandering around the farm is just amazing! The bamboo viewing tower is fantastic but fyi it’s locked so you have to ask for the key and you can’t go there for sunset which is a shame! The restaurant, pool and jacuzzi area are lovely to spend time in!
The staff were all incredibly friendly, the food was good! It’s a buffet style situation with whatever food is ready (mostly) from the farm!
We did the on-site farm tour and I would recommend it 100%, it helps you understand the property more and is just so informative! Eating food along the way was really interesting!!
The price is obviously quite expensive, I would have liked if the on site tour options were a bit more accessible price wise!!

Breakfast made almost mainly from products of the farm, that is a bonus! The location in the forrest seeting: a gem to explore on site the local nature. The chocolate experience is very nice, although a bit pricey.
Breakfast made almost mainly from products of the farm, that is a bonus! That also means that it can seem repetitive. The location in the forrest seeting: a gem to explore on site the local nature. The price of some excursions on site are too expensive for what they are.

The location and the rooms and communal areas where beautiful with a very nice pool.
A lovely spot in the jungle and we had a great night walk.
The food could have been better.

A great hotel to relax. We have noticed both breakfast and dinner and can highly recommend both. The room was clean, large and tastefully furnished. The entire complex invites you to linger and feel good. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the numerous leisure activities due to our short stay.

The property is in a secluded but most beautiful location. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel for the wonderful experience we had. Great restaurant on the property, terrific service.
