About this cabin rental
This Grand View Cabin in the Ozarks has a Million Dollar View to enjoy all 4 seasons of the year!
There are 18 acres of beauty and a big valley of beauty below to enjoy! Just walk out on the large deck and enjoy the view - with comfy furniture, firepit (in dining table), and an electric grill to enjoy a meal with family and friends outdoors. And the sky - its big and wide open to view the stars at night. The cabin is wheel chair accessible, and is kid friendly, with a puzzle table, games of all kinds, cards, dominos, a checker table and books. There is also a 'pack n play' if you have a little one ( in closet of king bedroom)
2 miles down the road toward Jasper is the Cliff House Inn/Restaurant (amazing views also) if you don`t want to cook. Jasper is about 7 miles north and a cute little town with and amazing old courthouse in the center. The famous OZARK Cafe (100 years old I think) is across the street and has amazing food! There is a pizza place on corner of the square too. Jasper has a Harps grocery store (cheapest gas around) with a hardware store next door, a Dollar General. What more could you ask for! Oh, there's a Subway there too. A bigger town of Harrison is another 18 miles north on AR 7 and a beautiful drive. You will pass the old 'Dog Patch USA' - where Lil Abner and Daisy Mae used to hang out. Johnny Morris purchased it and its a mystery as to what he is building there.
But the biggest draw to the area is the Buffalo National River that flows thru Jasper. Lots of kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking trails to waterfalls and caves, as well as many more things to do in this area. Another big draw to this area is Boxley Valley where you see the large herd of Elk in early morning and just before sunset. From Jasper, cross the Buffalo River bridge going north and immediately take a left on 74 and follow signs to Ponca and Boxley Valley/ take a left to Boxley Valley and you will see the huge fields and places to pull off-road. The big bull Elk are magnificent to see (if you are lucky enough to see them!) If you ride a Harley ( or any kind of bike) Newton county is the place to ride it!
Back at the cabin, you will enjoy a very large dining table (10 1/2 feet long) to seat your whole family, but if it isn't enough, the granite bar is 14 1/2 feet long with 6 bar stools! The stove is electric and the oven is also an air fryer, and convection. There is a toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot w/ coffee and lots of dishes! We have a washer and dryer and microwave.
We have 4 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. One master bedroom has a king bed and is on main floor with a full bath w/tub and shower combo - another master on main floor has 2 queen beds and full bath with a shower. Upstairs is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and another bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (each has a queen w/twin on top. 2 full bathrooms upstairs also.
Bring the whole family - we have lots of room for making FUN MEMORIES!!
We have steps up to the front door but also a ramp if needed for handicap entrance. Lots of parking too!

We booked this property for a family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. When we arrived the gigantic kitchen bar/counter was the first thing that caught my eye. The host had left a happy birthday sign with homemade brownies. Such a thoughtful touch. The whole place was decorated very nice and the host didn’t miss out on all the little extras. From hot cocoa for the kids to doggie sheets for our dogs. The deck was my favorite place to be with a breathtaking view. I would definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I loved this charming cabin! We stayed there with our two Scotties during the eclipse. The views were amazing and exactly as pictured. The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with kitchen essentials, games, and Roku tvs. The kitchen/dining area is incredibly spacious. Our dogs had a blast running and playing. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and comfy throws to stay cozy.
The location was perfect for us. The cabin is surrounded by trees and sets off the road enough to provide plenty of privacy. We loved the Cliff House Inn just down the road. It was cute and their breakfast was great (especially the chicken fry). We also enjoyed the Jasper Pizza Co. We had cell phone reception at the cabin, but it could be spotty. However, that seemed to be the case throughout the Jasper area.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cabin. My family had a wonderful time and we’d love to go back.

Our family stayed here for a few days and enjoyed the wonderful views and beautiful home. Great hiking close by, we loved Fern Falls and Alum Bridge Cove. The host also had great resources for places to visit that were close by. Very well decorated. The beds were a little on the firm side for me, but I found that I didn't toss, just had to get used to them. I know this is certainly different for each person.
