"The lobster fisherman's retreat was a perfect home base for exploring Acadia and the surrounding area. Very peaceful, away from the main thoroughfare but still close enough for a short drive to Bar Harbor. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations. A perfect place to stay for larger groups and families trying to avoid the crowds in Bar Harbor."
"Wonderful week. We had two families with 4 adults and teens. Lots of space for solitude and big table for games. Family sized kitchen. 1 mile walk to a nice local beach and in between Mt Desert and Schoodic."
