In the bottom of the building, there is a local shop, called Elevation Goods you can shop at. Within 3-4 blocks, you can find fishing tours, rent a side by side or bicycle, visit the museum, go to the cuban restaurant Bucci, get a pizza and wings from Mountain High Pies, go to the brewery, visit the oldest saloon in the US, or get a cup of coffee at one of several coffee shops! The units are on the top floor, so you can look out and people watch, as well. There is a local train you can ride, and just a short 5 minute walk to Freight, where you can also grab a drink or bite to eat.
There is one dedicated parking space per unit. The location is just about 200 yards up the street and have a sign on the surface lot, so it is easy to see. It is just behind the building. There is also other street parking around the building.
