About this cabin rental

**Please note that there is a $40 + tax pet fee, per pet, per stay. There will be an additional $50 fine if pets were brought to the property without notifying us. Due to an allergy one of our staff has, we are unable to host cats. This room is dog friendly, not cat friendly. **

Newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin. Located at downtown Leadville. Walking distance to brewery, restaurants, museums, trails, skiing and everything Leadville has to offer. Come stay with us and soak in the hot tub!

You will have the entire cabin to your self. This includes 2 bedrooms, 1 small kitchen/dining room and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms also includes TVs with direct TV services, a small dining/working table.

Kitchen provides basic cookware, utensils, cups, coffee, kettle for tea and a coffee maker.

Towels and bathroom essentials are provided, this is a stand up shower. We have a private parking lot where guests can park, we do our best to plow the parking lot, but when it snows, inevitably it will become slippery, please be careful walking in the parking lot. No smoking is allowed on the property inside or outside. If you need to smoke, feel free to go to the sidewalk next to the property.

The hot tub is shared with one other unit. Hot Tub hours are between 7:30am-10pm. PLEASE NOTE, NO LOUD MUSIC AT HOT TUB AREA. QUIET HOURS FROM 7:30PM-10:00PM. NOT OBSERVING HOT TUB RULES WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

You have access to your room, shared hot tub area and the parking lot.

We love chatting with our guests and do the best we can to ensure our guests have a great experience! But we also want to respect if you want your personal space. Just don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything or have any questions!

We are right on the main street of Leadville. Two Mile Hi brewery is right across the street. There is also a gas station across the street providing basic services. We love High Mountain Pies, they have amazing pizza and wings, Tennessee Pass Café has one of the best brussels sprouts in town, they also have some delicious burgers/sandwich. If you are a meat eater, check out Qincys, their bacon wrapped fillet mignon is on point....they also serve prime ribs on weekends. All these restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk away.

We are conveniently located at the heart of Leadville. Walking distance to brewery, restaurants, Tabor Opera House and everything Leadville has to offer. We are surrounded by 14ers that waiting for you to conquer. Snowmobiling, hiking, snows shoeing, skiing, snowboarding, off-roading, mountain biking trails are all within a short 10 minute drive away!

If you want to check out down town Leadville, it's a short 5-10 minutes walk. We are also close to a bunch of trail heads and ski resorts. We'd recommend a car if you want to enjoy the 100 miles + trail system in Leadville or go shred at the skiing resorts.
In order to ensure all guests have a great time here, we do have the following house rules, any violation of the house rules may result in cancellation of reservation with no refund. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We appreciate you following our house rules and help to make this place enjoyable for everyone 😊
1. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet, there is a pet fee of $40 per pet per stay. There will be an additional $50 fine if we found pets were brought to the property without notifying us, this includes not answering our message related to pet fees.
2. Only guests indicated in the reservation are allowed on the property, we want to ensure everyone has a nice and quiet space to rest.
3. Never leave your pet alone in the room, there are a few doggie day cares within 5 minutes’ drive.
4. No parties allowed, quiet hours from 9pm-7am.
5. No smoking on the property, if you need to smoke, please go to the sidewalk next to the building.
6. As much as we love cats, unfortunately, one of our staff members is allergic to cats, so we are not able to have cats in our rooms.

Clean and well kept little cabin was a great base for family of 4 for outdoor excursions. Steps away from some great bars and restaurants - had a drink at the Silver Dollar where Doc Holliday used to play cards. “The Famous” had good food and incredible views. And gear shops in town have everything you need. All walkable from this little gem at the end of town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The exterior surroundings were a bit concerning at first, but turned out to be safe and quiet. Inside there were some very nice touches. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The house was clean and quiet. All in all a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the privacy of the hot tub and the location was prime for walking to stores/restaurants. The shower curtain was a nice surprise that my friends got a laugh at. Overall would stay here again. My one thing that I would recommend having is a drying rack for dishes since there is no dishwasher. :)

This cabin was great for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was useful for us to cook meals but the cabin is also walking distance to many restaurants in downtown Leadville. Loved the privacy of the hot tub! We will be coming back again for our next ski trip to Cooper!

Cozy and comfortable cabin. Great location and we took full advantage of using the hot tub. Over all the place is little with no lounge area, but with young kids we had fun snuggling up on the king bed for a movie and games at the kitchen table. Good closet space to store ski gear, food, and clothing.

We had a great time staying here. We were in Cabin A during Thanksgiving, and were in the area to ski at Copper Mountain. Only a 25/30 minute drive for us to and from the mountain which was lovely. The space was clean and cozy, had everything we needed, and was located in a lovely part of Leadville (just off of Main Street). The cabin is old, so there’s a little slant in the floors, but it was nothing that bothered us too much. 5/5, we’d most certainly stay again!

We stayed at Cabin A at the Mountain Peaks Motel and had a wonderful stay. The cabin was cozy and charming; it was well styled and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, right at the end of the main street and easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Leadville. The hot tub after long days of hiking/climbing was a plus! This cabin will be my go-to venue for future trips to Leadville. Thank you to Ting and Team for great communication and Service

Pretty small, clean, uneven floors property. If you are planning to stay in all day, not for you. But why would you come to Leadville to not leave the room? Super close to everything, good parking. Great option if you don't require luxury.

This property was very well appointed inside. Would be great for multiple days. I didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it did look very clean and fresh. The location of the cabin was unusual and the floors were pretty unlevel but these things did not affect our enjoyment of it.

Overall, very nice and clean. The outside isn't much to look at but they've done a great job with updating the inside. The home is very small, but we knew that going in. The beds were comfy, and everything was very clean. Would have been nice to have some ice trays in the freezer so we could have made some ice. Overall, very good though. Great location at the end of main street.

While our visit was short, the cabin was perfect for my daughter and I to have a comfortable place to sleep to prepare for and recover from our long Mt. Elbert hike, and the hot tub provided a needed soak for our tired muscles. The hosts provided a lovely care package upon arrival with some mountain essentials some might have forgotten, which was such a nice gesture and really meant so much. The cabin has everything you need, from kitchen utensils all the way on up to disposable slippers! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to add Mt. Massive to our list of 14ers.

We stayed here for a girl's trip to Leadville. The location of the property was perfect to enjoy downtown Leadville by foot - walking distance to the wonderful shops and restaurants. After dinner, we enjoyed the hot tub on the property. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was well appointed with all the things we needed and wanted for our stay. The property manager was able to accommodate our request for a late checkout so we could enjoy a leisurely morning before departing.

It was well kept (but small) with all the essentials, but extremely overpriced for not having any couch or common area to hang out. We had to sit on hard chairs around a dining table. We stayed three weeknights between Christmas and new years and when I mentioned the price on Google reviews as too high, the owner responded that it was a fair market price for New Years weekend (we checked out the morning of the 31st). Over $1000 for three nights for a property that small, in a very old structure with sloping floors, and no common area other than a dining table does not seem fair to me. Unfortunately, it was one of the better options in Leadville, where it appears the two short term rental companies are benefiting from rules about no new licenses so they can jack up the prices.

Our stay was great! The place is very clean and had solid amenities. Nice to have a big bed to crash in while being in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive if we had questions, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and close to town. Close to Elbert Mountain. Easy communication with property owner/manager. Bathroom is small. Beds were soft and cozy and nice after a days hike. Location is off of the main road but is in an alley way. Good for a weekend.
