Very friendly and proffecional staff, i would have thought it was a 4 star hotel.

Unfortunatly there was a issue with the coffe machine, that is why we could not get any coffe. The only reason we choose the breakfast was because of the coffe. We stayed at the hotel for the marathon and for this the breakfast opening from 7.30 was very late. I would recommend to serve breakfast an hour earlier at this accation. The food it selv was ok but i would skip the breakfast and go to starbucks next time. We were not charged for the littl breakfast we got, that was a good service from the front office

The room was kind of smelly, something between old carpat, cigar box and wet wood. Otherwise the room was nice and spacies, good selection of tv channels and nice isolateted windows.

Es waren trotz medozinischem Zwischenfall schöne Tage - das Hotel war ein wichtiger Teil davon. Gerne wieder.

Die Lge des Hotels ist sehr zentral, vom Hauptbahnhof schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und direkt gegenüber dem imposanten Nationalmuseum gelegen bzw. am Wenzelsplatz. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich mit großartigem Blick auf das Museum und das Frühstück gut und reichlich. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und bemüht, mein Freund hatte einen medizinischen Notfall und alle haben uns großartig wegen der Sprachbarriere unterstützt, nochmals vielen Dank dafür

Es ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau - eventuell könnte die Klimaanlage etwas besser funktionieren. Denn da das Hotel verkehrsgünstig liegt, hört man bei offenem Fenster natürlich den Straßenlärm, nachts ging es aber gut uns bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man wirklich nichts.

Ein schöner Hotel mit guter Lage.

Im großen und ganzen war alles gut. Zimmer Nr. 510 war gut ausgestattet und groß. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war auf den Hof zwischen Gebäude. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee, Tassen, Fön, Bügeleisen war im Zimmer dabei. Wie wir in den Bewertungen gelesen haben, sind die Kissen tatsächlich sehr dick. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, ergiebig und lecker. Personal war ganz nett. Die Lage ziemlich zentral. Von dem Frühstücksraum/Rezeption eine schöne Aussicht auf das Nationalmuseum.

Kein eigener Parkplatz. Toilette war nicht sauber.

Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole!!

La posizione centralissima, praticamente fronte museo nazionale e alla via principale dello shopping che porta al centro vecchio e alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche che si possono visitare da qui a piedi tranquillamente ( davvero 5/10 min a piedi). La struttura molto moderna, sicura, ben pulita. La stanza veniva pulita ogni giorno in modo impeccabile. Ho apprezzato l’attenzione del personale verso gli ospiti.

Magari per un 5 stelle sarebbe meglio mettere a disposizione degli ospiti i kit di cortesia nel bagno e le ciabatte senza doverle richiedere.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla zona centrale di Praga ed a un passo dai mezzi pubblici. Inoltre, nonostante la stanza fosse sulla strada principale, l'insonorizzazione era eccellente

Luxury stay!

It felt very luxurious with robes and slippers and a balcony over looking the history museum and Main Street. Great location for us as we had to get a train at 6am and it’s 5 minutes walk from the station!

Great location in the centre, well-equipped rooms

Excellent location at the National Museum next to two metro lines (metro station is just in front of the hotel) and in a walking distance from Old Town square and other city centre attraction points. I arrived late and saw how busy and loud it was outside at the Wenceslas square, but in my room which was facing the square I did not hear any noise from outside. The room was comfortable, well-eqipped, with interesting design. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

Not sure, I think there was nothing what I didn't like. I didn't take the breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

very nice hotel in a great location for tourist visitors to Prague

friendly staff, our room was upgraded, very good breakfast, excellent location

the room was too hot even with aircon on, we could not work out how to lower the temperature. With the window open it was noisy due to city centre location

Very good

Underground station was right in front of the hotel and it was supereasy to jump on the train and head to the meeting point. Breakfast was also quite good. My stay was limited to one night only and it was not easy to explore that much.

Not that much to notice in the short period of time I stayed there.

Views and location.

Lack of services. Day manager was not helpful at all. There was a problem where we didn't have water for at least 4 hours and the day manager didn't help at all, just bringing excuses and saying it was not their problem.

Amazing Location

Great Location roigt in city centre. Breakfast staff were lovely! Could not be more accomadating to me trying to get me chocolate croissants. Lovely strong coffee.

No Tea/Coffee Facilities in the room that's disappointing for a 5* As lovely as the room was it was super small.

Location is great, near to metro, McDonalds, Albert supermarket and walking distance to old town. Near to the train station as well as we took a train to Vienna for our next destination.

Great stuff and clean all over the place

We had a room in the second floor. It was extremely loud and noisy. There was a kind of ventilation in front of our window and also some really loud vibrations that came from outside the room. Couldn't figure out what kind of machine? It was. Stayed there for 2 nights. Also we got a handicap room. Don't know why.

the staff were very nice. the location was amazing. rooms were getting tidied every day

when we fist came in the room, it was highly dusty and unclean. i could see chunks of dust and hair on the white bed covers and pillows. the toiled had not been cleaned properly. it seemed to have some stains of some sort. the worst part was that the lid of the toilet seat had stains of someone else’s faeces. we asked someone to come and deep clean it the next day. the staff were very helpful, however the stain remained even after the cleaning. it was actually utterly disgusting. also it was super inconvenient that a 5 star hotel did not provide any single use slippers.

Great hotel for a few nights stay in Prague

Location was on point! Opposite the museum and right next to the metro station. Good selection of breakfast in the morning. Staff friendly and rooms were very clean
