A gourmet kitchen w/ high-end appliances opens to a private, grassy patio. A dual-sided fireplace centers the living room & family room, leading to a magnificent, private backyard w/ pool, sun deck, & fire pit lounge. The backyard features lush landscaping w/ mature, architectural trees & complete privacy. The 2nd floor has an expansive entertainment room with a patio overlooking majestic views! There is a 5th bedroom/ office on the 2nd-floor w/ full bath & wet bar. This beautiful property has its own unique touches, and meticulous attention to detail, and is the quintessential example of California Indoor/Outdoor living.

The house is located in the best area of Los Angeles, on a residential street, you are less than 5-10 min away to Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip, The Grove, West Hollywood, and numerous shops and restaurants.
SAFETY:
The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night.
HOUSE:
Dinning room is fine with designer furniture.
3 Bedroom have king size bed, 2 bedroom have queen size bed. All the rooms have plenty of closet space, and mirrors.
There are 7 bathrooms in the house.
OUTDOOR:
The outdoor deck of the house is large and completely private. There is a large pool with jacuzzi, fire pit and dinning area.

The Villa is located in the Heart of Los Angeles. You are in Beverly Hills, a few minutes away from the most desirable shopping centers, The Grove, Beverly Center, Century City Mall, Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip.
- Airport pick up & Drop off with Mercedes sprinter van available upon request subject to additional fee.
- If you wish to explore the city, we offer direct concierge private driver with Rolls Royce or you can use rental car, or Uber.
