This holiday home rests in Pakefield near Lowestoft and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Four bedrooms: 1 x super-king size, 2 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility room. Dining room. Sitting room.
First Light is an elegant Victorian town house located in the heart of the coastal town of Pakefield, Lowestoft. The property has been beautifully renovated to retain the original features whilst combining modern touches throughout, creating a wonderful holiday home for families and friends to create happy memoires.
Set across three floors, with a spacious sitting room with wood-burning stove, kitchen/dining room, utility room and shower room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and family bathroom spread out across the first floor, with two further bedrooms and shower room on the second floor.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. TV, WiFi. Town: Located on the Suffolk coast, Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a traditional seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, busy harbour and the colourful beach huts which line the seafront. Pakefield is a good touring base for all of East Anglia including the Norfolk Broads and the cathedral city of Norwich.
