About this house rental
Welcome to our spacious 15-bedroom Edwardian House, conveniently located in the quiet residential area of Longlevens, Gloucester. This unique property offers lots of space for large groups of corporate or construction clients—a gathering of friends, family reunions, or special events upon request.
13 of the 15 bedrooms have newly fitted compact en-suite toilet and shower rooms and can sleep up to 28 people. Parking for four and on-road parking is available. Free Wi-Fi and a garden are also available.
The house is exceptionally spacious, featuring a separate dining/lounge area, which could also be used as a function room. The reception rooms include a Lounge/Function, Dining, and Conservatory areas. There is also a shared shower room and toilet for the guests staying in the rooms without an En-Suite

- Local Amenities: Supermarkets, takeaways, bars, and restaurants are less than a mile away. There are also plenty of leafy green spaces and a play park nearby.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and provide a £200 damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be a pre-authorization/hold. The money won't be taken; it is an authorization that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.
The authorization starts one day before your arrival date and expires automatically five days after your departure.
You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. Complete this to receive your lockbox code on the morning of your arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues with this process. Many thanks!
