What a fabulous spot for a Whitianga holiday! Only 700 metres to the beach, with space for the boat - This 5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom holiday home is the perfect base for your upcoming holiday.
Handy to all the great things that Whitianga has to offer, you can be at the beach, shops, restaurants, cafe's or the Lost Spring within a matter of minutes.
The layout of this house makes it suitable for families of up to 12 guests. Please note, we allow a maximum of 8 adults per stay.
The upper level offers a modern open-plan kitchen and living which opens to the expansive, private deck. This level also consists of 2 bedrooms, plus main bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, plus an additional space with a single bed and couch. You need to walk through this space to get to the other bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms can be closed off to this space with single bed and couch. There is also a bathroom on this floor to service these rooms.

This spacious house sits on a fully-fenced section with ample parking and room for the kids to play safely.
If fishing is your thing - the house has a fish-filleting station and a BBQ to cook your catch!
Upstairs has a heatpump/air-conditioning unit in the living area. Downstairs has heating.
Nespresso coffee machine provided - BYO pods. Wifi included.
We provide all bedding and towels.
*House Rules - Exit clean is included in the nightly rate, however, the house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed dried and put away before departure. All food must be removed from the house. Rubbish must be neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean. STRICTLY no parties, events, or loud groups allowed. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. Only the number of guests on your booing are permitted at the property during your stay. As above, we allow a maximum of 8 adults per stay. This is a non-smoking property. Failure to adhere to any of our house rules may result in additional cleaning charges, or if we receive noise complaints, you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.*
