Guests will have access to the entire penthouse during their stay. Please note that there are approximately ten steps leading from the street to the front door of the building. A newly installed elevator (2023) will swiftly take you to the top floor in seconds. For added security and convenience, both the apartment door and building door are equipped with keypads. However, between 10 pm and 8 am, guests will need to use a key fob to enter the building. Please be aware that a $100 fee will be charged by the building owner for any lost fobs.

5 Air conditioning is provided through window units in the living room and bedroom to keep the space comfortable during warmer months.
