Great service from staff members. Room itself was good, a little aged but clean. Breakfast wasn't desirable and the pillows were a little thin and lumpy, but would stay here again

PSA: Watch your credit card statements! They will charge each night booked a $100 "deposit" and then only refund one night for the total stay and refuse to admit any wrong doing. They have overcharged me $100 and are sticking firm to their billing, even though I can show them my bank statement being overcharged w/o any refund of the $100. They will also double/triple charge the room / night, causing quite a few holds in pending charges that you need to ensure fall off. Thank god for credit card disputes. If you can book somewhere else in the region, I would recommend that just to save yourself the hassle of dealing with their nonsense when you get home.

Wasn’t expecting much and didn’t get it either. Gym opens at 10a, which is weird. The breakfast extremely basic, don’t expect much. Elevator was dirty. Room had a certain dated, orange hue that brought the 80’s to mind. All the fixtures and tv were a decade old.

This is our second time staying here and it’s our go to now for when we go. Really like it here as the price is right and it suits us fine. There is a pub called Abby road close by so can get a bit noisy on weekends but other than that it’s great!!

Nice stay. Stayed with kids and a dog. Clean room, good sized. Comfortable linens and pillows. Enjoyed the pool with the family. Not luxurious by any means but was much nicer than what i expected from a super 8 chain hotel. Staff was helpful. I would stay here again.

For what it is, it’s acceptable. At check in, our room wasn’t ready. I asked for a different room and it took 5 minutes but they found another room. Room was clean. Beds were hard. Bring extra blankets, as the blanket was only a very thin fleece. Didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked like you would expect for an 3 star hotel. Otherwise everything was fine.

Our stay here was good. We liked also that the Abby road restaurant and pub was next door as well that’s a must go to. The room was nice however rooms need new carpet for sure and hallway.

Poor sound proofing. On our 2 nights of stay, we did not sleep well coz we were in the room beside the stairs and the restaurant, we can hear the loud noise coming from the stairs even late night and the music and the people talking from the restaurant. Other than that, everything is ok.

Nicely appointed rooms, clean, and with everything our family needed. The staff provided a cot that we requested and it was in our room before we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, better than some hotels we have stayed at, and the kids enjoyed the slide. We would stay again.

The personal was very great. The elevator was in repair and they found us a room on the first floor. That was very kind. There's a few restsurants close by. I recommand the hotel without any hesitation.

We chose this hotel for convenience only - it’s just off the highway. Unfortunately the beds are very hard, the blanket very thin and the breakfast has little selection. The staff were very polite and friendly.
