First of all who charges for parking when your renting a room from them 48 dollars for two days. Second half of the oulets in the room did not work. The washroom sliding door was broken and hard to open and close and the shower door had a gap that was leaking water on the bathroom floor and leaking into the carpet in the room. Tje toilet was constantly running the whole 2 day stay. Breakfast was whack. I was charged a deposit that I haven’t gotten back. I wasn’t informed about few to park or deposit until after booking.

Rooms could have been cleaner, carpet and mattress seems old, not the best looking hotel for family travelers

Close to Midway airport. Clean, comfortable

Staff are friendly. Location is convenient. The shuttle service to Midway Airport is reliable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The room was clean and reasonably priced, but a little outdated and can be very noisy if you are given a room facing the main road (Cicero Avenue). Otherwise everything was fine.

Was automatically given an accessible access room meaning no standing shower, but the hotel staff were very polite and helpful and gave me a better room

Room was nice, good location near several restaurants within walking distance. Be warned that they do have a $100 refundable deposit not mentioned on the hotels.com listing. Not unusual to have a deposit of course, but should be budgeted for when booking here.

My husband and I came to Chicago for a concert and mostly just needed a place to sleep for the night, so we’re looking for a budget friendly stay. The hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price point - check in was easy and the employees were friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Can’t ask for much more than that!

The term Sleep Inn is somewhat ironic as I had issues sleeping every night. Other guests were often too loud, waking me up and/or keeping me up with talking or thumping loudly enough I could feel the vibrations. Clearly the rooms aren't insulated and it's way too easy to cause vibrations. The pillows are also not comfortable. This is also a hotel that puts the lone sink outside of the bathroom, which only has a sliding door. Breakfast was good and exactly what you'd expect. I did have to pay for parking each night, which I didn't realize until too late to change. Place seems clean and staff was nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel room was clean.
Food was mild, drinks were lacking.
Would not mind coming back for another stay, but I genuinely hope the food quality improves!

We were taking a brief ( 4-day) vacation to Chicago.
Sleep Inn Midway made a great base of operations for this trip.
The convenient shuttle service, the close location to eateries ( TGIFRIDAYs, and Mexican food) as well as a short walk to a Walmart and an AMC theatre was a great plus.
The included breakfast featured mostly carbs but also had eggs and sausage.
Overall it was an economical choice.

The staff was nice… the common area was nice/fine. The room smelled of mildew. But not sure where is the room it was coming from. The $20 parking fee (plus taxes and fees) is ridiculous. That’s 1/4 the amount I paid for the room… this free is clearly a money grab and way to much given the rate for the room and the fact you have a football field of parking.

Upon check in, we were given a room without a full curtain over the window (and we were on the first floor by the parking lot). This seemed strange. We asked to switch rooms. We were given a different room but it had only one bed (our original reservation was for 2 queen/double beds). We had to go back up front again to inquire for availability of a room with 2 beds and a curtain -- or to just go back to the original room since it at least had 2 beds. The front desk staff member was able to accommodate us in another room and was helpful. Other than the back and forth with check in, it was overall a good stay, would recommend.

The staff was polite, efficient, courteous, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Shuttle service from the airport was quick and efficient.
Breakfast was very good, simple, and fresh.
Only problem was The entire hotel complex was near a railroad and the track noise was louder in some rooms than others. The noise from the main, outdoor HVAC unit was also a bit loud.

Never go this place it’s so terrible and disgusting they didn’t even clean your room and the employees were so rude when we asked we had just a reservation for 2 rooms and they forced us to pay 200 dollars’ they’re so scam.

My room was on the backside of hotel, away from busy street, but train yard noise echoing was terrible. Squeals and squeaks all night long.
