Checked in with family, some of was their first time staying at Palace Station. The loved it. Comfort, security excellent. The only draw back was, not very many eating options. Had to go out for dinner. Our rooms, were very spacious, and clean as well.

Check-in was quick and easy and so was check-out. It was clean, plenty of parking, safe and the staff was friendly. We had three people in our room but we only had two bath towels. Not a huge deal, obviously an easy fix, just seemed a little weird. That was really my only "complaint" it was very affordable, clean and not far from the strip.

I did Express check-in, but then when I went to the front desk, the young woman got confused and double charged me. Another person rushed over and fixed it immediately. After that, everything at our stay was near perfect. The room was impeccably clean, the casino and hotel had a mellow vibe, the stuff was friendly, and the restaurant diner had excellent food at reasonable price. The location is really excellent, just to the west of the strip with easy access to fun places like Fremont Street and Meow Wolf, a parking was so easy come out with quick access to the hotel and casino. Lastly, this is the first large hotel I've ever stayed in that had excellent and quick elevators.

Visiting Vegas for a pin striping class my husband was taking and wanted to find something close. The hotel was very nice. One of the perks of a older hotel is that the rooms are large, it was nice and clean and updated. The bathroom had a ton of counter space which was very nice. We ate at two of the hotel restaurants and they were both delicious. We will stay here again.

Great Location that was refreshing to not be on the busy Vegas Strip but close enough to all including the newly discovered Arts District.

I have stayed at the Palace several times. The location is convenient to most activities and the price is hard to beat. The staff is very friendly and the food availability and choices at reasonable prices makes this one of my favorites.
This is not the most luxurious hotel in Vegas but that is ok. The rooms are clean and spacious. Who goes to Vegas to stay in their room anyway.

Checking in was so easy, was trying to get me to upgrade but it’s like 20 dollars extra a night, no thank you! When we walked in the room it was a amazing size even to the view of the area was super nice, we mostly were in the room at all but it was a nice room even to the shower was good just the water pressure wasn’t enough.

We asked for an upgrade at check in and was offered the executive suite on the 21st floor, it was by far the most comfortable and spacious room we've stayed in, beautiful view and all the amenities we needed, needless to say....we enjoyed the space.

Hotel was renovated but all the things, eg the bathtub is old. The staff in the counter and the staff/cleansing team are both smart and fast. There’s a guard in the entrance of the lifts and check your room cards. The location is convenient as there are quite a number of restaurants nearby (Chick fil A, Panera, McDonald’s and Starburst), just a walking distance. The location is a bit away from the strip but it’s around 5-10 minutes drive. Parking space is a plus as there are many and even offer covered parking spaces.

Overall, hotel is fine for a couple nights, off strip stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was clean facilities were clean, but a bit dated. Only complaint I had was my mattress was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable.
