Great location and beautiful views

We liked it but carpet was torn in room, They charged resort fees but weren’t told about lifts or access or events. Also cleaning only came once during our stay.

It was very nice of the resort to put my kids in adjoining rooms to ours without us asking!

Amazing trip at a beautiful property. Service was superb. Amenities were wonderful. The rooms are very nostalgic with a mountain ranch flare. Only complaint was a few broken items, bedroom fireplace, sink stoppers, light bulbs. Missing kitchen linens and placemats were very dirty. Other than those few minor things, excellent stay.

We love staying here! They do a lovely Thanksgiving buffet and the pool and hot tub are so nice. Our room was lovely with good views and a fireplace to make it extra cozy. We will be back!

Overall, our stay was very nice. There were only a few things that we considered negative: the bathroom light switch was very finicky, the room's AC didn't have a vent by the main bed so it got a little warm at times throughout the night, and we didn't have room service stop by.
But for the positives: we scored a sweet room at a great price (due to it being an off-season). It was a ghost town at the resort. Our room had a king bed and coach pullout bed (plus some window beds), a kitchen, and great view of the mountains. It felt like a suite. The staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful during our visit. The pool was of good size and we had it all to ourselves. The hot tubs were also nice but could have been a little hotter. Valet was always very fast to get our vehicle.

It was a grate facility.

For our first time on the property, the associate who checked us in said it best, "I love summer in Park City". From the facility and amenities to the weather and the things to do in the area, it was a perfect weekend getaway.
The room was comfortable and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to anywhere you wanted to go in the area was so convenient. Rarely have we been somewhere with a cleaner or more enjoyable pool area. We will be back

Pool area is very small, a bit dirty as well. Not much to do in summer; shops and restaurants closed or very limited hours.

My wife and I stayed the night recently in conjunction with the Park City Song Summit. The amphitheater was mere steps from the hotel. Incredibly convenient.
We were very pleased during our short stay.

Description of the room indicated there would be a kitchen. When we got to our room, however, there was no kitchen, not even a fridge or microwave. The front desk girl seemed more interested in checking in the next hotel guests than helping us sort this out--saying they couldn't do anything for us. She even said we have other guests checking in. Extremely rude. Housekeeping, however, was excellent and brought up a mini fridge, which was very nice. Beautiful location but we won't be staying here again. Much better service at other Canyons Village resorts.

We absolutely loved this property. I was traveling with my daughter and I knew we wanted somewhere clean and safe. This fit the bill perfectly. The beds were super comfortable too which was great after hiking and such. It was also a huge bonus that they had washers and dryers for us to wash our clothing on our two week trip. You pay $2.50/unit and they have detergent and softner sheets for you to use. It seems like a small thing but it was so important for us on our longer trip. Lastly, I want to say that Tiff at the Front Desk was amazing. Our reservation was slightly messed up and she went iver and beyond to fix it. I am so thankful for her kindness and customer service.
