The place was rundown, the hallways stank, the curtains had gross stains, the pillows were lumpy and the breakfast was terrible.

This place we stayed at for a concert was disgusting. My daughter booked it and it's my fault for not looking into this. Our bathroom smelled like puke and their was a film all over the sink. I called the day we headed there and was told I could get a cot for 15.00. She never relayed the message so needless to say we had no cot for us.

Our room was not ready upon arrival. The rates increased twice the regular amount. The property was outdated and felt very dirty.

We found a used towel on the rack behind the door. A dirty facecloth under the sink vanity, and pubic hair on our bathroom wall.
The carpet was filthy, the halls smelled of weed. All for $370 a night, because there was a concert in town.

I understand inflation for the days when concerts are in town, but there is NO WAY this hotel should have gotten away with charging us $250 /night. The room was so dirty, the furniture was broken and the door to outside was fully broken so it never locked and was open at all hours of the day/night which was so unsafe. The property smelled of pee and weed so terribly it burned our eyes. We tried to find another place to stay but everywhere was already booked. We slept with our clothes on. It was that bad.

People were arguing and kept me from sleeping and in the morning I seen a cockroach on the wall so I killed it with my shoe.

It smelled like skunk in the hallways. There were stains on the bed. Bugs (not bed bugs) in bathroom. Scary.

I booked a room here for only one night. Safe to say that’s all we needed to get the full experience. We pulled up to the motel - the state of the outside is spooky, gross, and rundown. Checked in fine although other people around us didn’t seem to be having the same experience. The hallways smelled of weed, musty alcohol and beer, animal pee, and just over all rotten stench. We entered the room to see stained carpet, crud all along the walls and floor boards. The lock on the door was busted off, indicating that it had been kicked in at some point. The bathroom smelled very musty and there were mysterious hairs all over. The towels seemed clean enough but again, smelled rancid. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door as well. We didn’t even try to investigate the coffee maker, fridge, or microwave so we have no further input on the appliances.
The were a decent amount of guests there that seemed to be living there long term. I would not recommend being outside at night, or in the hall - there were many suspicious people that I would not want to cross paths with again.
Barely slept because there was people yelling all night and coming in and out of the of their rooms nonstop. The nights sleep was also particularly awful due to the smell. I had to sleep with my face covered. Never in my life has a room smelled so bad that I could not sleep.
The doors that lead to the hallway never locked as well. The card keys for our room barely worked, the one did not work at all.

Rooms smell horrible but staff is awesome

Front desk clerk was probably the best part of this Motel, she was very friendly. After that everything was down hill. Room at first glance looked clean but after stripping the bed, finding the white sheets stained with who knows what, the mattress protector looking like it was peed on - we opted to go to target by Lysol spray and all new bedding , along with hand soap. After showering, then walking in the carpeted in bare feet we learned real quick to wear your shoes in the room as our feet turned black from the carpets within 30 minutes. The back side entrance was zip tied so anyone could access without a key fob.
Pluses … the AC was nice and cold.

The room was hot and sticky. The AC was super weak. It also smelt really bad in the hallways of the hotel.

Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was super nice. Used the bathroom near the lobby while waiting and heard staff members yelling and screaming at eachother about being over worked. This was heard through walls and doors. Made the process of checking in uncomfortable.
Room was standard and clean.

About 1am there was a loud fight. No breakfast really. Bed was old and lumpy. Old/dirty carpet/bathroom/everything. Door to get into the hotel didnt lock. Poor parking.

This place smelled stale and airless. Had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to even show up. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet. This motel looked like it should be in a horror film. The room looks like a future crime scene.
