Okay but facility more than met our minimal needs

Walking in the place looks great very clean and fresh. Rooms not so great when arrived at our room had a hard time getting In with key when we got in we found the inside door handle on the floor. Deadbolt didn’t work called front desk said they would have someone up in am. Ok cool we just needed to sleep a couple of hours since we needed to be at hospital in a couple of hours. After 12 hours at hospital get back door still wasn’t fixed talked to another girl said she would send someone up well that never happened told a third person when checking out about and they didn’t seem concerned. The pool was a grayish color water and hot tub was not working boarded up.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. However, the entry light needed replacing and the clock radio did not work. Room service did not do the cleaning requested and we had to ask for towels and coffee packets. Service was provided when we asked specifically for these items to be addressed. The pool area was vey disappointing. The ool water was soapy and the hot tub did not work

Food and bar is back!!

I got to my room around midnight, room was very hot inside. I was exhausted so i adjusted the thermostat lower than what it was set at 60°. I thought the temp would adjust, woke at 5 am with the room still stifling 🔥 hot. Not happy! The hallway was about 15° cooler than my room.

It’s pretty alarming that these hotels make so much money and don’t reinvest it into the rooms old and outdated shower. Had a lot of corrosion on the door handle and showerhead.

Ask us to pay 50 dollars for the shuttle, then told us its not available. Front desk clerk sound asleep at 6 am while people are leaving

Easy stay. In and out without any stress. Nice room that had what we needed for a quick baseball trip. The only complaint was I thought the towels were inferior and didn't seem to match the other amenities.

I sent this email the front service mamager and her boss. NO RESPONSE from either. I just wanted to give some feedback on our recent stay. We typically do stay at the Sonesta when we come for Brewer games and have reserved rooms in the past under my name or my fiancé‘s name Jenny Van Schyndel. We like the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. However, we just checked out this morning and this stay was not as comfortable as our stays have been in the past. When we checked in, Jenny had asked about the hours for the pool and they told us the hours, but never mentioned that the hot tub was closed. When we booked this hotel we purposely did so because it had a hot tub. Other hotels had continental breakfast, but we chose to book the Sonesta because we were looking forward to using the hot tub. We got up early at 8 AM and went down to use the hot tub only to find that it was closed with caution tape around it and completely empty. We wish that they would’ve told us this upon check-in or better yet when we made the reservation. On a sidenote, Jen was also disappointed to find that there was no hairdryer in the hotel room. We would like to see if we could be compensated a 50% discount on the room due to being no working hot tub as advertised. Please let us know if you can handle that refund. I realize that we booked through Hotels.com, a third-party Administrator, but I do know that it is possible to get a discount

As always, had a fabulous stay at the Sonesta. We were able to check in a little early which was nice. The only thing that we were bummed out about was the shuttle to the Brewer game wasn't running, but we used Uber and it was fine.

My room key didn't work after going to the desk twice and having them reissue a new key. On the 3rd trip to the desk a different front desk employee came up with the master key and realized the door unit was malfunctioning and changed my room.

Checking in, I waited an hour because the desk clerk was sleeping on the job. That pretty much solidified my stay. So this dish was horrible.

Room wasn’t ready. The lobby was full of other folks waiting for a room. My wish was to check in even if they didn’t have a room ready just because I didn’t want to have to go through all the BS after our concert. Front desk staff were cold and not helpful.
