It would be nice if they would wipe stains or streaks off the walls and if pillows would be bigger and extra blankets in the rooms

I expressly requested that I needed to check in at least on time because of a time sensitive appointment.
I was advised that it could be early and requested to wait in my car to be called.
When noone called I moved my luggage into the foyer then needed to personally make contact with cleaning staff to get my room. it was 15 minutes late.
The access through the front door was difficult coming and going due to malfunction.
The room was too small for my needs.
My two small dogs were accommodated with courtesy.
I checked out early without breakfast.

The housekeeping staff was rude when i asked for plasticware. Then the guy at the front desk manhandled it when i got it from him. The "toiletries " were half empty. You'd think for $255, we would have enough for the two of us. Breakfast was sub par, at best. Even the sleeve for my keys was used. Definitely will NEVER stay at nor recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I are in between apartments right now and we decided to stay at this location due to it being super close to our work. The rooms are clean, modern, and the staff at the front desk were helpful.

Definitely NOT "NEAR University" - it's like 6 miles away. Room and bed were comfortable, but stains on air conditioner unit & in tub + room had masked odor as if previously may have been a smoking room. Hotel overall okay, but very old-looking, though they have definitely remodeled enough to make it okay. Breakfast was pretty bland. No elevators. Staff was prompt, nice & courteous!
We were there for a game weekend, so payed $250/night which is definitely too much for this level of hotel, but overall it wasn't bad.

It’s a dumb little thing, but we had trouble getting comfortably situated on the bed. It seemed to slope off to each side. I fell out a couple of times.
Perhaps the mattress pads made it more difficult.

I enjoyed the hotel, but the staff made it a good stay! All staff I interacted with were super polite and easy to work with! They made everything quick and easy!

Checking in was quick and easy but the sink had bugs, bathroom had bugs and the tub/shower needs a deep clean

Overall, this motel was what we expected. Went for UW College Reunion, and it is a little farther from campus than where we stayed 13 years ago, but highway access easy, and drive to downtown 15-20 min. Room for two with double bed a bit tight. I travel with suitcase, guitar and some laptop extras in knapsack, so had to move items around bed, chair and desk area when accessing guitar or knapsack. Floor space for floor exercise, which I do daily only possible between sink and bathroom. Not downtown hotel style luxury, but price was very reasonable. Included breakfast offered more broad and ample selection than I have seen in similar located motels recently - dry/hot cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, waffle maker, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, apples. Staff very friendly, check-in, parking easy. There is a large mall nearby, but didn't go there. Restaurants nearby probably close kitchens at 10 pm.

I had a good stay. There is some noise in the hallways, including during the night, but it wasn’t bad. It’s definitely not a five star hotel but if you have low expectations, then this place worked out very well, or at least it did for me. Their breakfast is very basic, but it doesn’t include scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles.

Easy check in and parking. The room was stale and a little warm and smelly. The faucet was broken, and was the bathroom outlet. The tub/shower should be replaced. Nice and quiet location and building.

First, the bad: This place is not great. No elevator (makes sense as it used to be a motel, but I didn't know this when I booked). It is WAY overpriced ($225/ night when I stayed). No chain on the door or any other way to prevent it from being opened from the outside. I had to leave the bathroom door open all the way to block the room door from being opened. The tub had two complete dirty footprints in it. I ran to target for cheap shower shoes before showering. You can't enter the hotel with your room key after 10pm; you have to call a phone number posted in the vestibule & wait for someone to let you in. There are many cameras in all the public spaces that are broadcast behind the desk in the lobby for all to see. I'm sure this is a safety feature, but I found it odd. The first floor smelled pretty bad, but I was on the second floor & it smelled fine. Now the good: Bed was surprisingly comfortable. No bugs! Room was quiet. The fridge worked well & kept my drinks cold.

No frills, clean room, noisy surroundings. Free breakfast included; it was basic but nothing to object to specifically.

Climate control was loud. Tub looked dirty; didn’t want to shower in it. Hotel is in disrepair and understaffed. I felt badly for the front desk person trying to do so many roles alone.
