Looked nothing like the photo's, was very dissapointed, shower is grear if your under 5ft otherwise its useless, was suposed to be a deluxe room with garden view, it did lead straight onto the garden bur the garden was awful and over grown with an old mower sat in it. Needs alot of money spent on to get it to a decent standard, no security, some windows didnt lock and the gate didnt lock. Also it stated 2 queen beds but they're 4 single beds all different heights. Wifi doesn't work. Overall poor condition

Disgusting. Walked in, there was litter on the floor, full bins, unmade beds. Walked out. Booked somewhere else. They refused a refund.

Met friends and decided to stay over for a night, well looked good on the net and no others available so paid online, got to hotel to find nobody there, rang number and wasnt registered so rang the other number and a guy answered and told me property and been sold and gave me a customer service number rang that a guy answered asked me my name then asked me for a WhatsApp so he could send me a code for the front door ?then a room number then another code to open the box for a key to get in, bearing in mind asked for a ground floor room as my girlfriend couldnt walk or stand 5 weeks ago and got one at the top three floors up lol opened the door and was totally let down by the room mismatched furniture with drawers missing filthy windows carpet disgusting bed with no legs lol no tv no aircon absolutely roasting hot, then decided to look at the shared bathroom no loo roll shower attached to the taps with black tape and nowhere to put shower head so had to hold whilst trying to wash myself and with being disabled really struggled to do, would not recommend to anyone unless your really desparate, 2 other families issues 1 at 9 oclock and couldnt get through to anyone until i helped out???

My wife is recovering cancer, we had two young grandchildren with us. Everything about the place was disgusting, mould everywhere the room was unfit for use. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Witch cost us 350 on top of the money we had paid for that filthy disgusting place they won't shutting down i would not keep pig in that

Horrible place wouldn’t let a dog sleep there dirty dirty dirty place cold no hot water broken blinds carpet was filthy and sticky smelt really bad of smoke and B O the back stairs to the apartment were unsafe and the door had been broken in the past and a botch repair so we didn’t stay as we didn’t feel safe no heating the shower was cold also we found a very nice place not far from there would not be recommending this to anybody the place needs shutting down not what the pictures on yr web site looks like at all can we have a refund if possible did speak to manager didn’t seem interested and when we got there he said we didn’t have a booking till I showed him my booking reference number

We stayed as 2 families of 2 kids and 2 adults. Rooms were horrible smell of damp so if your taking your children please do even think of going there!! Shower room disgusting and soo small! One of the room shower didnt even had any hot water! Beds were creepy! Couldn't sleep all night!
When booked, it says they have parking but NO the parking is on the roads if you get lucky we'll find a spot!
Over all experience was staying there was just soo bad! Never going there again and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!

Firstly we could not gain access, then no key to room so had to move room, next room also no key , had to wait for key to arrive,
The apartment was dirty and the floor in the bathroom was so rotten my guest foot went threw the floor near the toilet , making us all feel unsafe and unwilling to use the bathroom , the oven was filthy with old food and the oven top had food spillages on top, very unclean all round

There was no information on how to get the keys, then after many phone calls we discovered it was fully booked, we were moved to an alternative property that was freezing cold snd like a prison cell!!!

Terrible avoid at all costs no electricity and the room was dirty soiled nappies left on the floor and when we complained we was told we had no right to as we checked in at 2pm as the email stated yet the man on the phone who I called to complain said it was 3.30 check in….the walls had water running down them the bathroom was shared and I ended up moving to another property they owned at the extra cost of £160

We stayed here and it was unhabitable, There lock on the door didnt work. The roof leaked on to my granddaughters bed their was damp on the walls. The room wasnt clean at all. However when we complained they moved us to a 5 star apartment which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely go back to that one

It was good except we lost electric for three days before someone fixed it and repaired the door closure.

The room was tatty and check in took couple of hours of phone call emails back and forth, probably my fault but email went to spam, telephone people were very polite though. Someone entered the room in the morning without knocking and frightened my son !

I stayed for one night, which was more then enough.
When i arrived, there was cigarette ash in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom (smoking not permitted on site)
The bed didn't have clean sheets/pillow cases, quilt cover on.
The furniture inside the room was filthy and unhygienic.
The bath towel that was left was also dirty and stained.
The back door leaning onto the balcony didn't lock, blinds were broken, there was out of date food items left in the cupboard dating 2007!
And tbh. The whole room just smelt damp and unclean.
Will never return and definitely wouldnt recommend to an enemy, let alone a family member or a friend.
Online it also states that checking out time is at 11am, once I received my confirmation email it said 10am which wasn't helpful.

Dirty shot glasses left on the side
We are convinced that the electrical supply by the door isn't safe or up to date with current regulations (we will be checking this with the local council) there was exposed mains cables and when you have a young child this isn't great.

It was a nice apartment and had just what we needed, a short walk to the sea front and was clean and tidy, beds not massively comfortable but it was satisfactory, we would stay again. Communication from the owners is good, the wifi not so much.

On arrival the key safe was broken, the key was in the door. On entry to the “deluxe” apartment (which was the same as the one I stayed in before) we found the beds were as though someone had just got out of them, it was 2pm, the bins were full from previous occupant, so no one had been in to clean or change the bedding, safe to say we slept on top of them rather than in them. And whacked the heating up full.
There was no iron when there was before, there wasn’t a TV REMOTE either. The apartment hadn’t seen a cleaner for some time, I would be doubtful if I will stay there again.

Cleaning was terrible the was cob webs and spiders, the window sil was full of dust. There was dirty nappies in the draw, the sink was dirty. There was milk in the kettle. Awful experience didn’t have an email to know how to check in and out spent over 1-2 doing That

We couldn't get parked so had to park next door. The next morning we had a flat tyre. Wouldn't recommend if you have a car to stay here.

The property was absolutely disgusting, smelt awful, dust and dirty on furniture, walls and floors. Bin not emptied and fridge had items in and not cleaned. Pillow case missing on some pillows, bed spreads dirty and smelt awful unable to use.
The property garden is not as advertised on website, completely overgrown and being confronted with over growth as go through the back gate.
When booked on website receiving conformation could book in at 2pm and depart at 11am but on day of arrival e-mail sent at 12.30 stating cannot book in until 3pm and depart at 10am. This was inconvenient waiting with children and unacceptable they feel thet can just change times. I cleaned the whole apartment on arrival with bleach due to fit not to sleep in and had two children stay in accomadation. This is unacceptable during a pandemic not following cleaning guidances protecting everyone. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone

Well the room wasnt ready when we arrived. didn't get sent a code for the door to get in. The room was very dusty and there wasnt even any duvets.

I quite like the set up of getting in to the property and when i couldn't find the parking they were quick to respond however unfoutunetly the property needs a bit of tlc, garden really overgrown, decor out dated and bins right outside our back door and where we were parked were overflowing. It was cheaper than everywhere else we tried by a long shot so i guess you get what you pay for but i wouldn't stay here again.
