The room was great and the hotel fabulous!! Loved the
personal touches like having my name on the TV screen
welcoming me. Extremely clean! And comfortable. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only problems we had, and they were minor, were with
the restaurant which I understand is privately owned and
not run by the hotel.

The trip was to attend my sons wedding. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the elevators. They were very slow and only 1 of the 3 appeared to be working most of the stay. The housekeeping staff were freindly and helpfull. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpfull.

Was ok the staff had bad attitudes at first which wasn't enjoyable till I had say out loud I didn’t like it. Basically felt like they were judging us off our looks because we didn’t look fancy or something, it only changed because i was purposefully around staff saying im getting tired of they’re attitudes because if im paying that much to stay there i want good customer service not some snobby entitled people. Other than that room was nice and the area was a good area to explore and had what you need in walking distance.

I like that everything is within walking distance, nice restaurants really close, the place was clean and the staff was super nice.
The only thing that I think could use some help is the elevator. Only 2, we took the stairs a few times.

Only 3 elevators for a hotel of over 40 floors. Long wait for elevators.

Pros:Great spacious room, clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, close to subway and walkable to a lot of areas. Warm cookies waiting at the desk at night.
Cons: the elevator was VERY slow. We did the stairs to the 10th floor and down a few times because the wait and volume of people wasn’t worth the 15-20 wait for the lift.
Our bathroom didn’t have a tub/shower- it was simply a tile floor with shower curtain with no barrier to contain the water so the entirety of the bathroom floor would be wet. We had to get extra towels to form a barrier and contain the water when showering. I’ve seen this shower design in other hotels and Airbnbs and don’t understand it. There’s no way to NOT get some water on the rest of the floor from the water spray.
Would definitely stay at this property again but would just request a lower floor.

Elevator waits were a bit much, but overall a very positive experience. Super close to subway and plenty of food options nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book here again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The younger gentleman that checked us in was so kind and answered a lot of our questions. Plus the cookie and water bottle was a nice surprise!
The property is close to the ferry and Wall Street. You can walk to so many different attractions from the hotel which was very nice.
The hotel was modern, the elevator was brutal and the rooms did have quite a few stains on the beds.

It was in the heart of downtown but just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s activities. Once off Broadway, the peace and quiet of Stone Street provided a sense of relaxation until the next venture into the fray that is New York, NY; the city that never sleeps.
4.0 / 5.0
The elevators are very slow, and they take forever to arrive, up to 20 minutes of wait and they are always full.
Other than that, it was a great choice.
3.0 / 5.0
The elevator issues were severe. To say the waits were long would be an understatement. And the motion sensor activating the bathroom light in the middle of the night was mystifying. Having said all that, the staff was excellent at every level. They did their best to rectify the many issues at every level with a smile and patience. For that, we are grateful.

Location is great if you use MTO or the Staten Island Ferry. Room was very small, and the bathroom didnt have any counter space. The biggest issue with this hotel is the elevators. There are only 2 working, and they're very small, especially if you have luggage. Also the hallways arent temperature controlled, so waiting up to 20 minutes for an elebator was extremely unpleasant.

Elevator was broken. Resulting in long waits. From staff Prashanth was not very helpful when asked to book another night

Staffs were nice and friendly. Everything was decent except room was very small and tight
