Spacious, light and very clean with nice pool area

Very clean, spacious and modern appartment - very comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms. Nice terrace and great pool area. Calm street and super close to sea front and supermarket. In the end, we could check in a bit earlier which was nice too. As the house was probably not fully booked, we mostly had the pool to ourselves.

First, we were a bit frustrated cause the owners changed our booking - we initially booked a similar place in Opatja center. They also were not very flexible with check-in and check-out times and wouldnt pay for any extra taxi costs we had for the travel into Opatja. In the end, everything turned out to be fine. Extra charge for coffee - the appartment is expensive enough.

Excellent location, perfect parking.

The view is excellent!

The street is little bit noisy - leaving room. Shower gels and shampoos should be there. So few TV channels to watch.

Perfect choice for my November weekend getaway.

Comfy and spacious with beautiful terrace views overlooking the sea and at night glittering Rijeka city in the far. All you need is there.

Comfortable and spacious but not set up for self catering. Also no basic provisions provided.

The accommodation was very spacious and we enjoyed using the large terrace. The secure parking was a great benefit

We didn’t enjoy the proximity of main road which was very noisy. Also it was very impersonal and suited for people to sleep rather than stay in. Coffee was charged at €10 in addition.

It was constantly noisy, as the apartament was directly over a very busy street. The check out left a lot to wish for, the control was excessive and given the 200 euro deposit, it shouldnt have taken place. We also couldn't reschedule the check out to even an half an hour later, as the agent arrived at 10am sharp, without even giving us a few minutes spare which made a really unpleasant impression :-(

Nice apartment

Barbara was verty helpful and friendly. Apartment is brand new and well equipped. Fantastic view.

Soundproofing is bad. I could hear the neighbours and Nova Cesta is a very noisy road. If u come here take this into account.

Nice place but better be for its price! :-)

It is very spacious and extremely well equipped. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

The building is located on a super busy road and not even the best quality windows can make the apartment fully soundproofed. Keep this in mind if you are sensitive to noise. Despite the noise, the apartment is absolutely fabulous, but please note that this is one of the most expensive accommodations in and near Opatija (unless you go to a 5-star hotel) - so no wonder one has very high expectations given the price. Also, the centre and the beaches are not quite available to reach on foot, especially if you have little kids, you will have to use a car and parking is expensive and difficult in Opatija.

Exceptional

Nice, spacious, fully equipped apartment with beautiful views. Several beaches, restaurants and the city center are within easy walking distance, although the terrain is not easy.

Unfortunately, the road in front of the house is very busy and quite noisy. This can be disturbing when sleeping.

The apartment was lovely but we preferred to drive to the smaller villages along the coast.

Beautiful terrace and very comfortable space/furnishings. Underground garage for safe and easy parking.

The view is lovely, although slightly impaired by the back of an old hotel on the periphary of the view.
