There was a light on the ceiling that flashed constantly throughout the night. The bed has a light behind it but the only way to switch it off is the master switch by the door so then you fumble across a dark room to get back in bed and can’t put the bedside light on. The mattress was foam and very hot and too soft. The panel to raise and lower the blinds fell off on touch. The blackout blind was full of holes. We were in room 133.

Wonderful stay for our one night with 2 adults and 2 kids. Lots of space in the room with a couch and refrigerator. Very clean and friendly staff. Everything was really great!!

I was very pleased with this hotel from the moment I checked in. Unlike many places, they fulfilled my request for a shower bench. (I am a double amputee.) The complimentary breakfast was much better than expected. I will return!

Thermostat was broken, the window blinds were broken, and customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. The room was so cold that jackets had to be worn to bed both nights, and anytime the front desk was called, their go-to response was essentially to say that there was only one person at the desk and nobody was available to address the issue, but that they'd send someone later (nobody ever came). I contacted hotels.com about the stay, and I was offered a 20% refund for a ruined weekend, which I think is pretty comical. Take some accountability for putting people in a room with known issues that you weren't able to resolve!

The room was quiet. But the carpet seemed suspect, thank goodness I had my flip flops. The pool was closed due to some maintenance issue. When it was advertised to be open. The breakfast was decent and the staff was hospitable.

Property is super clean and staff is friendly. We stayed there for the HItS show and while it was 15 mins away, it was a better fit for me and my daughter to have a pool, lots of easy restaurants, Starbucks, and stuff nearby

Your staff was pleasant, especially the two gentlemen cooking the breakfast. They were approachable and made us feel very welcome. It was out first time in this area of NY. We enjoyed visiting Rotary Park and the Catskills via Hunter, NY where we hiked a bit and took in the amazing view from the top of the Catskill High Peak.
Did NOT enjoy Woodstock at all. Super unwelcoming.
