When I come visiting to this area I always stay here.

The breakfast was excellent. Well prepared, good variety and the area was beautifully maintained.

The price was higher than I would have liked to spend.

Beautiful!

Front desk employee, Alexandra was very helpful and friendly! All the staff were! Enjoyed the breakfast and the man in charge of it was jolly and helpful too! Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the pool is under renovation :(

Hôtel parfait, malheureusement situé loin du centre-ville de Kingston.

L'hôtel était d'une propreté irréprochable; on aurait dit un immeuble tout récemment construit. Équipements en parfait état.

Le détour routier pour se rendre à l'hôtel était très décevant. Heureusement nous sommes allés manger au centre-ville de Kingston au restaurant Savonas, recommandé par l'hôtel , où tout était parfait: repas et ambiance de la vieille ville.

Very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! Basic breakfast served until 10 and did the job. No complaints!

All good, except maybe breakfast served until a later time as we didn’t checking in until 3am

It's a clean, convenient Holiday Inn. Lived up to expectations.

Comfortable and good for what we needed for a college drop-off.

Didn't enjoy listening to the neighboring room's TV until late into the night.

was prefect for a night stop

on the road, very good room size (suit), and 2 TV . Great service, and hospitality, kind ppl at the desk. We even used the pool since it was open until late :) Good value for the money to stop by the city

The room was facing east, the sun was deep in even when closed the shades

We've been there several times and will continue to return for family gatherings!

The hotel staff is ALWAYS so friendly. They greet you coming and going, and are extremely helpful with any questions we have had. I have stayed there several times before and am always happy with the service, cleanliness of the rooms, and the quiet space we have to rest. Thank you for the excellent service you provide to your customers!

Clean and functional. The chaise longue and mini table in the room were great for relaxing without having to sit on the bed.

would use the hotel again in spite of these comments - reasonable value for money!

easy to find on route 9. good size bedroom with great size bed. very clean throughout.

door of room would not open so we had to change rooms. flashing green light all night from the room security box which was annoying - heard other guests complain about it also. difficulty in managing the room lights especially the one around the TV! No bacon available at breakfast which was very disappointing!

Great base for hikes in the area

Great breakfast, we didn’t use the pool but it was there. Comfortable. A chance to do laundry :)

Surprisingly pleasant stay!

The hotel provided all Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion), which was really good, given that some these products in other establishments are not very good. Our trip was very sudden and we hadn't carried anything with us, and the hotel was stocked with disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options.

the staff, specifically Richard he was very professional and a pleasure to chat with about all the great things to do in the near by area. he did his absolute best to accommodate all of our needs.

rooms were very clean, comfortable and up to date. the breakfast was also great and the staff that sets up the breakfast was awesome.

Good

We left behind a pair of boots in our room and realised it 30 minutes after leaving. We phoned to let them know of that and that we would be coming back only on our return trip 2 days later to retreive them. Upon our arrival, they said they never found the boots. No appologies.
