Super cute with lots of personality. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I had to leave early so I couldn't get breakfast since it's only served from 8:30AM to 9:30AM...

We usually do not stay in B&B's out of preference but our stay (which we extended one night) was very comfortable. Plenty of space and privacy. Excellent breakfasts! The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I do not want to go on vacation and stay over in a hotel or bnb that requires alignment to the republican party, voiced in a devisive and demeaning voice. And I am a republican. Who needs that BS on vacation. Stay here be prepared to kiss the ring of the orange one.

We had a quick overnight stay but found everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We stayed in the well appointed Twins room, which included a single and a queen, but it does get warm on the 3rd floor on a hot day. There is a celling fan and we opened a couple of windows to let the cooler evening breeze in. Breakfast was great! Plenty of local flavor. Close to the local ferries. I'd absolutely recommend.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The best two aspects of the property were the friendliness of the innkeeper and the outstanding breakfast that was prepared in the morning. We had breakfast with another couple and enjoyed both the delicious food and the great company.

This is the classic B&B - not a room in someone’s house where they endure your presence. We had the marvelous suite of rooms on the first floor. The fun beach history of the town is in the family photos throughout the house. Breakfast was delightful. Our host was thoughtful and warm. This is totally worth the drive!

Excellent B & B! Annmarie and Bob and wonderful hosts and their breakfast each day was amazing! They put a lot of care and thought into the B & B and the needs of their guests. Located in Hull, close to Nantasket beach, Hingham, Situate and Boston, our room was clean and comfortable and an equally large and comfortable common room is available for guests.

Stayed at this lovely property for family wedding. Room was perfect with comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. Loved the upstairs common room with beautiful harbor. Breakfast was delicious and proprietor Annemarie was so friendly and informative about history of property and suggestions for dining in the area. I highly recommend Josephine’s!

This B&B is GREAT!!! Every room is lovely and unique. The breakfasts include homemade breads. yogurt, fresh fruit, French toast, omelettes, and more, and are absolutely delicious. The proprietor is warm and friendly, and makes her guests feel very much "at home". We can't wait to find an excuse to return!

We stayed in the third floor room next to a common area room. We found the place spotless and the bed comfortable. The immediate neighborhood appears quite safe for a morning walk. Annmarie was gracious and breakfast was great. Would stay again.

We stayed in the Twins room which was very spacious. The room was decorated with an older theme but had all the modern amenities you would need. Our room which was on the 3rd floor was adjacent to the common sitting area which was spacious and had a great view of the bay. Breakfasts were phenomenal!! This isn’t your typical bed and breakfast meal. The attention to each dish by Annmarie was like my mother’s cooking. My wife and I highly recommend this B&B to Anyone looking to visit Hull. Just spent five nights at Josephine's B&B. Couldn't be happier with our choice. The facilities are spotless and in an excellent location, Close to quaint New England towns and a wonderful beach. Annmarie is an excellent innkeeper; professional, knowledgeable, and a terrific cook. The breakfasts are the best we've ever had in a B&B. Highly recommend Josephines!

Great place. Quaint, very clean, proprietor heard me come in and greeted me. Parking is small. Close to beach. There were guests that made a lot of noise at midnight and 4 am that kept waking me, but otherwise loved it.

Our room and stay were perfect for a quick get-away weekend. This is not like a hotel, it is much more personal and the rooms are decorated with interesting and historic themed items from the seacoast. It was very comfortable, close to the beach, and our hostess was very friendly and made us feel welcome and relaxed. There are other hotels to stay if you want to be on the boardwalk, have nightclubs below you, and want to be run from your room to the beach. This B&B is removed from the noise of all that and feels more like you're a guest at a comfortable home. And breakfast was awesome... home made! The whole stay was perfect for us!
