Had a lovely stay. Location was fabulous. Just used as a base for one night stay but slept well on comfy beds. Good air con which was handy as it was very hot! The small fridge was a blessing for keeping drinks cold.

We loved our short stay at the Palazzo! The property host Veronica was super communicative, very responsive, and really helpful with three different parking suggestions. Also, checking in and out was super easy. You can't ask for a better location for convenience of walking and exploring the old city. You are right in the heart of it all, without it being too noisy or loud. An added bonus is some of the best gelato in the city is two doors down! Highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Verona!

Excellent location, easy access from the street, clean, quiet, self contained. Veronica was easy to communicate with and provided quick answers to our questions.

I loved the location! Being right next to the bridge and river. The room was good overall. However, do not expected any customer service other than Entry Codes for both the Front Door and Room Door via WhatsApp. The communication was "fluid" via chat but do not expect more. Also, just a friendly reminder via text that check-out time is at 10am sent to you at 8am asking you to leave 5 euros for the city taxes. Oh! I forgot, there is also a motion sensor inside the room that cuts power to the AC when you fall to sleep.
